Rachel at the head office was extremely helpful and polite. The guys who came to do the job arrived on time were neat and tidy and courteous. The completed job was effective and neat. A great service all round, I would thoroughly recommend

From the first phone call to the last Rentokil were fantastic. Nigel and a colleague turned up to survey our project, gave helpful advice and even returned to check the work and again to check the roof timbers after our new roof had been fitted. John the guy who did the work was quick and efficient. Not forgetting Claire in the office who was so friendly.

I was impressed when Roger produced a health and Safety notice, stuck it on door and pointed it out to my husband. For once my husband did as he was told.
Toni was excellent, very customer focused. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 was due to the plaster. No complaints with his work. I don't think he was too pleased that we are on 3 floor and he would have to carry plaster etc up stairs.

The people I was in contact with right from the beginning - the surveyor, the contracts manager & the people who carried out the work were all helpful, polite & made me feel that they cared. They were ready at the end of the phone to give information & advice. Those who came to carry out the work were hard-working & respectful of me & my property. They were easy to relate to & cleared up well when they finished for the day. They made a stressful situation easier to cope with.

we instructed peter cox to do some damp works in a property we manage , works where carried out efficiently enough . After the tenant moved out we noticed some damp around some points , after a call back to peter cox and we spoke to Dan anything under the warranty was carried out and we also had some additional extras done, all done efficiently enough.

Also had the pleasure of meeting Vance one of the workmen today returning keys who was very polite and cheered up the mood in the office! :)

After searching around for a solution on a damp issue, Peter Cox provided excellent advice, taking the time to explain the cause and running through the remedies in detail. They even advised us against a very expensive solution recommended by another company as not being suitable and potentially causing more issues than it solves. Mark Parton, in particular, was the most knowledgeable person I’ve spoken to when dealing with this issue. Highly recommended.

When trying to complete the online claim form, our address not showing up in the address drop-down so the form would not submit. So I contacted Peter Cox yesterday - amazing lady said she'd email the form to me. However the email has not arrived and I think it is because of a spelling mistake, so I contacted Peter Cox today, where another 'customer service representative', has told me there is no other way but to complete the online form. After explaining to this person again (as she had not read my email properly), she said I'd have to phone claims, to which I told her I have done - and waiting on the form being emailed to me! She was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional in her responses. I would not recommend at all.

Excellent Service from both the Surveyor, Sam Comer and the technician, Steve Williams. Advised and dealt with the issue within a couple of week. Would highly recommend them.

I recently had Peter Cox complete repairs, to ensure my home was watertight & dampproof. From the onset the Surveyor Mervyn was extremely supportive, patient & professional in ensuring I was given trustworthy instructions of what repairs were recommended. These repairs were then carried out by colleagues Bob and Bruce, who were equally professional. They were both extremely diligent and hard working, and I knew without a doubt that my home was in safe hands. They went over and above in ensuring the works were completed correctly, professionally and with due care to both Property & Customer: I would certainly recommend their high level of work skills as entirely trustworthy.
