Great customer service
Greatest customer service I have ever come across. I bought a Marantz CD6007 from them which unfortunately developed a fault. I contacted them on the day this happened, and as early as the next day I was able to get a replacement sent out as a result . They were quick to respond as well.

My experience of the technical and customer support side was excellent although the product I purchased (Naim Uniti Atom) had to go back on 2 occasions as it was faulty the first time and I couldn’t get past the set up screen on the second occasion. However PT staff Steve and Danny were excellent and sorted this out extremely quickly. The last unit appears to be working as it ought to.

They lose a star because they refused my trade-in simply because I no longer had the original box for my 10-year-old speakers, and despite them being in mint condition. Finding a practical solution to this problem shouldn't be rocket science.
