Shelly (i hope i spell correctly) was very knowledgeable and happy to speak to me about my rabbit who is 9 years old, she understood and was very happy when I told her my baby has been incredibly healthy but understanding my needs of concern as he ages as an older rabbit. I was told what was covered with no misunderstanding in the agreements. I appreciate these people very much for making it available to care for an elder exotic so easily, thank you!!!

I had such a wonderful experience with the representative who assisted me! She took the time to explain all of my options clearly and even gave me her honest opinion, which I truly appreciated. At no point did I feel rushed or like she was simply trying to make a sale. She genuinely seemed focused on helping me choose the coverage that was best for me and my pet.

What I appreciated most was that she took the time to review the coverage I currently have for my bunny and helped me select similar coverage for my cat. She was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and made the entire process so easy and comfortable.

It’s rare to receive customer service that feels this personal and genuine. I walked away feeling confident in my decision and very happy with the experience. Definitely 5-star service!

Neko went the rainbow bridge and much later we adopted two lil males brothers.
