Your representative was very knowledgeable, explained how your company works. Ended up getting the GPS unit as well. Helped me understand how I had been scammed by pet registration and recovery. I have handled that as well

BEWARE: petlink is holding my subscription($100) money hostage till i return other things
Gps needs new phones to operate and there was nothing in ur advertisement saying the version of phone thats needed. I ordered gps, and a year subscription....and it doesnt work on my phone. Gps did not work and my pet was not safe on the 4th of july, and i had already spent over $150 to keep my pet safe. Very disappointed! Waiting on a call and refund

Battery has to be charged more often than another brand.
I have 3 different gps trackers on my dogs. Although I like Petlink better than Fi, it's still not as good as Tractive. The battery does not last as long. What I do like is the velcro band for attaching to the collar (but my dogs are short haired -- I don't know how it would do on a fluffy dog whose fur would get caught. I've had this gps for about a month, and it has given me 1 false notification stating that my dog had left and he had not. I get them quite often with Fi.

My cat Dar wears AirTag but loses her…
My cat Dar wears AirTag but loses her collar a lot. In the past she always came home after a few days. I could always see where she was. Dar hadn't returned in over a week and I realized her tag had not moved for 2 days. I realized I could not find her that her collar was off. I was so upset that I didn't know where she was or if she was hurt. I was just getting ready to post about her on line when I received an email from PetLink that a person had found Dar. They provided me with the name, phone number and email. I made the connect and have my baby back. They also followed up with email to make sure I was reconnected with Dar. This is a fabulous service. If not for PetLink the person finding my cat would never have found me or me her. I would never have a cat without it

A Truly Dedicated Company
I really love that I can keep track of Amira wherever she and I go. It’s a blessing to be able to keep an eye on her when she goes outside to play. Unfortunately, during one of our trips, I lost the charger and probably left it at a hotel. I was easily able to reach out and find a replacement. Service was great.
