So what happened?
I sure hope you didn't hand over order handling to the French, for that would explain all, but would certainly not satisfy me.

Our delivery was delayed by almost a week because our door code (which you should have on file) was not given to the delivery service. I couldn't arrange a new delivery day by internet, so I had to phone to choose a new date and pay 15 centimes a minute. The wait was around three minutes. I was not happy having to pay to call your service to fix the problem.

The young man who delivered our box was very polite, carried the package to the elevator for me and even phoned from the street to ensure we were home.

Great experience to shop online with petmeds.

I wish you have more products for parrots, especially parrot toys and more food variety.

However, there are times when the order has been delayed and I have contacted PetMeds to ask why and was told that something in the order was not available so they were waiting for it before sending out the order. I think in this case I should have been notified that there will be a delay in them sending out the order.
