Normally, I would have given Petmeds.fr 5 étoiles, but the last order I placed was not easy and I thought I would have to seek another company to buy from. I am a regular customer. I place 1 order every month. All of my information is saved on the website, including my billing information. All I would have to do is chose the option to "repeat the order" and viola! My credit card on file would be billed and the shipment would be expidited immediately. But, this last time my credit card on file was not accepted. I called my bank to make sure there was no block on it. They assured me the problem was on the Petmeds.fr website. I was confused and nervous as to what to do. My dog needed his special food by the end of the week. I could not find any "hotline" contact information for Petmeds.fr for me speak to someone and resolve the situation. After a half an hour later I tried another card, which is my debit card. It worked, but this card I do NOT like using. If I didn't have this debit card, I would have been forced to find a competing company. I don't like being stuck in a situation where there is no human communication if needed. If this didn't occur I wouldn't have even thought twice, because my past experiences with the company and website have been so easy and user friendly. But, now I may have to look elsewhere, especially because my creditcard is no longer accepted on the site.

Just dropped in to say thankyou for this supersonic delivery. I was in London when this order arrived but there was hubby, my 10 year Newfoundland and 10 year Labrador to greet the delivery service man. I have spoken about Petmeds to neighbors who order from other websites and delivery schedule is very L.O.N.G. (I am one of them) and to TRY ordering from you instead. I do not regret my purchase from PETMEDS. Thankyou.

I had a wonderful experience with pedmeds.fr! I will definitely be using this site on a regular basis!

I frequently order from Petmeds as they are one of the few companies that provide some specific products I require. I would not order from Petmeds if I could find the products somewhere else - i.e. I have switched my dog food orders to Zooplus.

The reasons are as follows:
1. It takes way too long (several days more than competitors) to receive the deliveries from Petmeds.
2. Petmeds has the worst packaging I have ever seen and the plastic bags that they use are ripped when I receive the delivery.

I have telephoned Petmeds about the problem and they blame it on the delivery company and tell me to contact them. This is not good enough for me, I am the client, they choose the delivery company, so therefore it is their problem to resolve and not mine. I would like to use Petmeds more but until they improve on the packaging and delivery they will not necessarily be my first choice.

I was given a three working day delivery estimation for my order.
The reality was that I only got it TWELVE DAYS LATER
The reason given was that this was due to holidays. Only ONE DAY was a holiday, i.e. December 25
