First time order- happy days!
Easy to set up account and pay over the phone handy for those who don't like using internet for paying/ordering, the lady I spoke with was most helpful and doublechecked I was aware of what was required to complete the order. Posted my prescription , had confirmation of receipt and despatch by lunchtime the following day, arrived the next morning , turnaround of less than 48hrs. Very happy! (Very happy cat too!)

Very helpful, excellent service.
I've been a customer now for over a year and they've never let me down. They are much cheaper than the vets here, I save £35 a month on my dog's prescription drugs.

I cannot understand why, if there is a problem with a prescription, nobody lets you know. We have been waiting for delivery not knowing there is an issue, and now have almost run out of what we need. This is not good enough.

Normally excellent service: helpful, friendly, courteous, prompt. Only one time when I was really fed up because in a telephone conversation I was told the medicine would be despatched first class that day (& my dog was in urgent need of it which I explained), and it took 5 days to arrive... but that was only once!

Double the price of Competitors
All of their stronghold products are double the price of all of their competitors. When highlighted to them, they were blunt and uninterested. Really disappointed with their response. Really shop around and consider your other choices first.
