Our certificates are automatically generated from the details provided by the keeper. If you have updated your pet’s colour, please let us know and we will generate a new certificate and have it sent out right away.

Adaptor for new phone
Having upgraded my mobile phone I found that my Petscanner wouldn't connect. I contacted the company for advice and was told about an adaptor which I ordered. It arrived quickly and I was delighted with it.
