Die Firma Daub wurde 1954 von Konrad Daub gegründet und hat mit dem Handel von Getreide und dem Transport von losen Futtermitteln begonnen. Über die Jahre wurde das Unternehmen und seinen Söhnen Peter und Hans Josef Daub weiter im Landhandels- und Großhandelsbereich ausgebaut. Im Laufe der letztem Jahre spezialisierte man sich dann auf den Bereich Pferdefutter und Zubehör. Seit 2005 hat mit Michael und Verena Daub die 3. Generation das Ruder übernommen und versucht seither die Wünsche Ihrer Kunden zu erfüllen und ein starker und zuverlässiger Partner zu sein. Im Jahr 2010 ging dann unser Onlineshop www.pferdefuttershop.de online. Unser Logistiklager besteht mittlerweile aus drei Hallen mit 6.000 qm Fläche, auf der wir über 9.000 Artikel von über 100 Herstellern beschaffen, lagern und kommissionieren. Wir haben täglich 3 Packstraßen für eure Bestellungen in Betrieb. Hier werden die Pakete automatisch verklebt und umgreift. Everything good, except for the delivery service from DPD: about one week to cover 5 km in Italy and I didn't get the home delivery which I paid for, but I had to go and take my pack twice! Suggest to change DPD and choose SDA.
It was a great shop many years ago. I used them until i moved to another place in Denmark where they dont deliver.
I have ordered food for 500 euros and now after 6 weeks I still haven't received everything. They never ones write to me that it's late. It says 2-4 days delivery on their page!
Now after 6 weeks and several emails I received a mail that I have got my whole order? They still have for 100 euros of goods that I still didn't get.
I will never buy there again or recommend them to anybody.
Worst service ever!!
It's a week before christmas, and the store that I had originally bought 400kgs of horse feed from tells me that they have canceled my order, because apparently, the entire island of sealand (Denmark - sealand is also where the capital is) is a "remote location". I'm in trouble now, because I need this horse feed before the holidays and I have a tight budget.
I contacted Pferdfuttershop the same morning and tell them of my problem, and at just around closing time I received confirmation that my order is already on its way.
I am completely over the moon with how fast my order was processed, and how helpful and friendly Jürgen, my new favourite supporter ever, was. His english is also very good, which is important, since I dont really understand german. :)
Thank you thank you thank you for helping me, and for making it such an easy and enjoyable process. My order was here in 2 days!
