All around positive experience
I was hesitant to order from an overseas company with no physical presence in the US but they had the product I was looking for, which was hard to find, and shipping charges were reasonable so I went ahead and placed an order.
It was an all around positive experience. The website is well designed and easy to use. Payment by credit card in USD went smoothly. Email communications were timely and clear. Delivery by FedEx was quick. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

lost money
I placed an order on December 20, 2024, for $85.84, and ordered 3 products. After several days, I received an email stating that 2 of the products I ordered were unavailable and asking if I wanted to replace them or cancel. That was the last time I heard from them. I sent an email with the products I wanted instead of the unavailable ones, then I sent 10 more emails but didn't receive a reply. I was charged the full amount on December 20th. I haven't received even the products that were available. No one is answering me, and it feels like a scam website.
Maybe they will notice me here and finally answer to me...

Watery low quality product this time
For the first time my ISDIN FotoUltra100Active Unify Color Fussion Fluid didn’t have consistency. It was more cream than color and not that creamy more watery than anything. I hope the it’s not a cheap copy or brand is not reducing the quality.
