Good Customer Service
I had ordered my toothpaste previously and had no issues. However, my latest order was of poor quality. I contacted Customer Service on more than one occasion but there has been zero response. Very disappointed. The toothpaste is expensive and I now have 4 unusable tubes. I won’t use this company again.
I HAVE NOW BEEN CONTACTED BY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
They have apologised and said I will get a full refund.
That’s good Customer Service.
