Booked appointment for flu and Covid vaccinations.
Left the house at 2pm. No cancellation evident on my phone.
Arrived at pharmacy 2pm text time stamped 13.15 on my phone which was not there when I left the house.
Person I spoke to advised not enough stock to cover clinic and insistent that adequate notice had been given, which it had not.
Unacceptable short notice cancellation and evident poor management in not having adequate stock to cover the clinic booked 4 days ago. Unacceptable and disgraceful patient service!
