I visited Phone Giant today 26/01/26 with the iPhone 15. First ever experience and as soon as I walked in, met Asif. Very talkative and friendly and just made me feel at home. This transaction was one of the most easiest and least stressful experience. Yes I could have got more but it was safe, secure and instant. Thank you once again and see you again in the future in’sha Allah.. ☺️☺️☺️

Keep a way from phone Giants. Sold me faulty phone with warranty with in a week no refund or exchange keep arguing for no reason best to buy off CeX hassle free with 5 years warranty

Ordered a new phone from phone giant 11 days ago, 3 days before went on holiday, they'd promised 'Express delivery.' Have returned from holiday still no phone. Chased this up over last 11 days. Couple messages said we're working on it.. whatever that means. Otherwise they just don't respond for days. The chat line no longer seems to be working. Last time they responded they promised it would be sorted in 24-48 hours. I've now asked for a refund as sick of chasing them. Terrible service all round!!

Terrible service both this company and sellanyfone.com stay away from. No replies from both. refused to return handset or make payment. Reported to trading standards and police.

Ordered a phone on a Monday had to chase order all week finally managed to get a refund more than a week later. AVOID this company they are poor. Communication non existent

Ordered and payed for a new phone in April and never received it and they continue to ignore my emails .

Visited this shop twice, once for screen repair took less than an hour and recently for unlocking forgotten password took less than 1 hour. Fantastic customer service very professional and fair prices. Great job guys thank you.

Took my iPad pro in for repair which unfortunately had a smashed screen.

These guys were so friendly and helpful.

Took my iPad 4 mini which was only 12 months old and in good working order into phone giant in sheldon to have the screen replaced after the screen had got damaged, they told me it would be done the same day for 120 quid, 3 hours later I went back and it seemed fine so I gladly paid the money an returned home, after a short while I noticed that the screen was darker on one side of the screen an it also started freezing and becoming unresponsive so the next day I returned to the shop, they told me they would look at it an get back to me, after a few days they called me an said it was ready but when I picked it up immediately I noticed that I couldn’t even use the key pad to access the home screen and also the Touch ID element of the pad was not working,I voiced my displeasure an they assured me they would sort the issues out, 5 days later I returned to the shop and again the pad was completely unresponsive, they then told me that the Touch ID had been damaged during the repair but they would either sort it out or replace the pad if I waited a few days, I returned to the shop 3 days later, the pad now was working but the Touch ID does not work, in all honesty by now I was just glad to get the pad back in some sort of working order

The pad though still didn’t work properly, it occasionally freezes or skips to different apps, the guys in the shop were always polite but seemed to think I should be grateful that they had spent 200 quid trying to repair the faults they had caused.

Fortunately on my last visit to the shop a few days ago I recorded the whole conversation on my phone with him admitting liability for the faults, I will now take it up with consumer rights instead, the guys in the shop were always polite but I got the feeling they really don’t seem to know what they are doing so please be warned, go elsewhere instead
