Excellent product, delivered quickly
The photo book arrived in timely fashion and looking very good. We're delighted with it.
The process of creating it is still sticky and a bit frustrating: there were some photos I had to go through the upload process multiple times before they actually turned up in the project album. BUT - and this is important - the end product is great, and well worth a bit of patience. Thank you

I’ve used Photobox several times to…
I’ve used Photobox several times to produce books and each one has been great. I log in online and use the free form method rather than let the application sort the photos for me, I just prefer it this way and is really simple to use. The options for book size, page type are excellent and I prefer the lay flat pages so I can place panoramic photos across two pages. As a regular user I get discount codes regularly which certainly helps. Overall I can thoroughly recommend Photobox.

Unfortunate glitch
The pictures that were in the right place were lovely however the same picture was reproduced twice and there were two empty pages at the end.

Not as good as they used to be
Framed pics are still good quality unfortunately let down by Evri who lost one item atm still waiting for replacement. Photobooks used to come in a box and with parchment paper page dividers but now come in a plastic wrapper, very disappointing. Mine came with blank pages at the back which they kindly replaced but the replacements had the same issue

Phenomenal Photo Service
I ordered photos for my daughters 30th so that I could make a scrapbook for her of her life so far. The photos were beautifully clear, great colours and the retro style photos were fantastic. I paid extra to get them here quicker and they arrived super fast, well packaged and exactly when they said they would. Very impressed. Will definitely use again. Thank you

Canvas image lost at least 2 inches around edges
Not overly impressed. Ordered several prints which were OK, but a small canvas was so badly cropped due to at least 2 inches of it around the entire edge being attached to wrap around the frame...they could easily print a plain border and attach that to it. It completely ruins any image. Would not use this company again.

Sometimes the software is frustrating
Sometimes the software is frustrating. On one of my last 3 books I couldn’t add a photo to the back cover - why?
Why can’t the software tell me where I’ve got duplicated photos?
If I wanted the software to create the book why can’t I stipulate the minimum number of photos on each page and a total of 90z% capacity? That way I can always add pages to put in bigger or full size photo pages.
Pricing is confusing. I recently had a 70% offer but it wasn’t anywhere near 20% cheaper than the usual 50% off.

Less good than before.
I found the app much more difficult to use than previously. I was also very disappointed to see Evri are now the method of delivery. I have used Photobox for years but may look elsewhere next time.

In the whole i find no problems making…
In the whole i find no problems making up a book. Uploading photos is straight forward and i always opt to set out my books rather than autofil them. When i have had to contact a member of staff they are always helpful.

Terrible service - Do not use!
Terrible service, ordered a book for my Wedding day to give to my wife. Failed to turn up on the date it was due for arrival. Spoke with customer service who blamed the deliver company. They said they can’t contact them it’s down to me to chase them. Spoke with the delivery company, who informed me they haven't received it.
Back to PhotoBox to be told to wait and see if it turns up. They offered to refund postage. I asked about a reprint and they advised this would take too long now and I would miss delivery for my Wedding. Nothing they can do as this is procedure.

Excellent photo quality & good customer service for problems
I did a large order for prints. Most were excellent with true colour, no random auto enhancements (thank goodness) and good quality paper. A significant number were blurred and low res even though the image file uploaded was fine.
Customer service was easy to call a human and quick resolution with replacement prints.
All excellent service and I will use again.
