This is a company that really cares about the customers, from the beginning of the ordering service right to the delivering of your order. Whether you upload your print from your mobile phone, tablet or computer it's so easy, choosing the size of the print and the finish, easy. The prices for the printing and delivery charges are clear, there are no hidden extras. The quality is first rate, the delivery time is exceptional. One of the best companies I've ever dealt with.

I asked for a refund when the photo came out blurry. It was pointed out my original photo was blurry so I cancelled my refund request. Although they didnt have to, they still offered to send a print of a new photo free of charge. Very food service and im very happy and will definitely be using Photo Zone again.

Stumbled upon this business while looking through Google. Had a look at what they offered compared to what we required and they had it. The pricing of prints was excellent. Quality of prints was excellent as well and really quick delivery as well.

Ordered late on the Thursday before a bank holiday weekend. With Royal Mail delivered Saturday morning! Delighted as it was a photo gallery project I had procrastinated on for some months. All 11 photos now look great mounted on the wall! The lustre photo finish is a nice matte which I what I hoped for. The option of borders was valued too. Highly recommend.

Very quick turnaround. Really well packaged. The first set of photos I received looked a bit dull to me. I contacted Photo Zone and they immediately adjusted them and sent me two new sets within 24 hours, which looked much better. Great service. Would definitely recommend.

I’m very impressed with Photo Zone. Not only the price was half of what snappy snaps wanted but the photos were delivered with lightening speed.

As someone who has lived in this community for many years, I’ve always made it a point to support our local businesses. I’ve popped into the photo shop countless times over the years for little odds and ends, and I’ve always been treated kindly and efficiently.

However, today I left the shop feeling deeply unsettled. I was shocked to see a heavily pregnant young woman working there all on her own, lifting large, heavy black boxes into the machine behind the counter. She didn’t utter a single word of complaint, in fact, she carried on with quiet determination! But I could see it was taking a toll on her.
The shop was heaving with customers, and she was managing it all solo. I couldn’t help but wonder, when does she get to sit down? Has she had a chance to eat? It’s simply not right. No woman in that condition should be left to handle such physical work on her own.
This isn't a criticism of her, she was as helpful and competent as ever! But rather a question about how we treat our workers, especially those who are clearly in need of care and consideration. I truly hope someone in charge takes notice and steps in to ensure her well-being is properly looked after.
