As someone who has lived in this community for many years, I’ve always made it a point to support our local businesses. I’ve popped into the photo shop countless times over the years for little odds and ends, and I’ve always been treated kindly and efficiently.

However, today I left the shop feeling deeply unsettled. I was shocked to see a heavily pregnant young woman working there all on her own, lifting large, heavy black boxes into the machine behind the counter. She didn’t utter a single word of complaint, in fact, she carried on with quiet determination! But I could see it was taking a toll on her.
The shop was heaving with customers, and she was managing it all solo. I couldn’t help but wonder, when does she get to sit down? Has she had a chance to eat? It’s simply not right. No woman in that condition should be left to handle such physical work on her own.
This isn't a criticism of her, she was as helpful and competent as ever! But rather a question about how we treat our workers, especially those who are clearly in need of care and consideration. I truly hope someone in charge takes notice and steps in to ensure her well-being is properly looked after.

Placed my order and within an hour it was dispatched. Turned up next day! Super quick, good quality. Will be using again soon.

The quality is top tier, came nicely packaged, order an A4 format, and it came in a box, rather than an envelope, making sure it won't get folded or damaged in other ways. Highly recommend!

What an incredible service! My photos were printed and delivered extremely quickly and I am so pleased with the results. I took a photo whilst travelling that I was so pleased with and knew that I would have it printed and frame it on my return to the UK. I couldn't be happier with the result of the printing, and I can't stop looking at it. Thank you for doing such a great job, I will definitely be returning to you for all my future prints!

Outstanding. Ordered before 3pm and delivered the next morning. Quality of retro polaroid type prints is excellent. I don’t normally write reviews but felt I should with this efficient and quality service.

Recently placed my first order with Photo Zone and I couldn't be happier. The ordering process was simple, delivery was speedy, the prints were packaged really well to prevent damage, and I'm really impressed with the quality of the final product. Will definitely use again.

I ordered 50 retro Polaroid-style photos from PhotoZone for my friend’s 30th birthday. Unfortunately, due to a courier issue and a glitch in the system with my address, the next-day delivery didn’t arrive on time.
That said, Dan from PhotoZone was incredibly helpful - he responded quickly to my emails, gave me the time I needed to come up with a backup plan, and even issued a full refund without hesitation.
The photos arrived the next day, and while they missed the party, the quality is absolutely brilliant. I’ll definitely be ordering from PhotoZone again (just with a little more lead time next time around)!

Great quality prints at a good price and super fast delivery. I made a mistake on my original order which I needed for an urgent deadline and Dan sent out replacement prints straight away. I will definitely be using again.

My order was delivered to the wrong address by DPD ( who did nothing to rectify their mistake). I contacted Photo Zone who immediately apologised and sent me out another order. All communication was both polite and friendly. They left a great impression!
