Ordered and received slightly earlier…
Ordered and received slightly earlier which was great. The heel lifts are good quality. I need these as was left with a shorter leg after breaking my femur. NHS only provide a couple so having these to put in each shoe is so much better.

Having the product I needed.
However you lost a star for waste or packaging and delivering a really heavy promotional catalogue. A real waste of material, it went straight to recycling. I can find things I need online.
Suggest you ask if customers want to receive a catalogue when they order.

Great product but pricey delivery
Great experience overall! The website was easy to use, the massage oil is luxurious and works beautifully.
Delivery was also fast.
Only downside was the high delivery fee—hence the 4 stars.
