So so GOOD! Had a last minute let down just before my exhibition and called Pic frames in a panic as it was Monday and my exhibition was Thursday. My paintings were a weird size with Mounts needing to be cut to specific sizes. I ordered 11 Frames and they came like clockwork on the Wednesday. Very helpful and kind staff, so easy to deal with. I will be using them for all my work in the future and have already sent some other fellow artists their way. CANNOT RATE HIGH ENOUGH !!!

Ordered two frames, one particularly large, and the first arrived no problem. Website states large frames will be delivered via a different courier so wondered if they had been sent separately. A quick phone call confirmed there had been a mix up but picframes did all they could to rectify the problem. I had made a mistake in the order and discussed this during a call and was told it could be sorted out in the new year, but when the second frame arrived my mistake had been put right! I can only assume a second frame was made up and delivered in record time so thank you!! Frames fit the pictures perfectly and somehow everything arrived for Christmas, your efforts are very much appreciated thank you!

I needed a frame for a vintage print of non-standard size. I was sent a beautifully carved frame with mount within a week. I have experienced problems in the past with online picture frame sellers so I always buy with some trepidation (the measurements don't always correlate with those you've asked for, or the frame itself is chipped or has corners that don't fully meet). Thankfully I didn't experience such difficulties with 'Picframes'. My print fit the frame unbelievably well and the frame is of remarkable quality. Altogether a positive experience for me personally.

I have used this company for my frames on a few occasions.
All the frames were excellent value and arrived well wrapped.
They fitted my pictures perfectly.
I'll be back for more!

Great Value for Money
The website was easy to use, my 3 frames arrived a week after ordering and were easy to put the pictures into, they now look brilliant on our wall.

The tape which I bought was missed out of the delivery but after one email I got a reply to apologise and to say that they had put it in the post to me, which duly arrived. All in all good service with no unsolvable problems.

I would definitely use this company again and have already recommended to a friend

I ordered 4 frames on Monday 30th July on a 5 day turnaround and next day delivery, the order was for £266 as 2 of the frames were pretty large. 5 days came and went, nothing, no frames, no emails telling me there was a delay and no dispatch notification. Day 6 I emailed for an update and get told due to staff illness my frames would be Wed/Thurs the following week. OK, these things happen, it would have been nice to have been told, but at least I would still have time to frame my pictures ready for an exhibition on Saturday 11th August. Come Thursday, nothing, no delivery, no emails so once again I chase. This time I get a reply on Friday telling me that Yodal didn't collect. I requested a pre 10am delivery for Saturday or a refund, I get told no chance of a pre 10am Saturday delivery but they would refund, no chance of making my exhibition on Saturday now.

17 mins later I requested a Monday delivery as I wanted the frames for my office after the exhibition only to be told the boxes had been opened, the frames dismantled and they would now have to order more frames in to remake my order.

Picframes.co.uk are a company that can not make my frames in 10 days despite stating on their website its 5 days, but they can un-box and dismantle 4 frames in 17 minutes, unbelievable.

What a waste of time, I'd suggest anyone who wants to use Picframes.co.uk, don't. Go to your local framers, it's where I'm going once I get my refund.

Absolutely excellent and prompt service. Ordered 2x multimounts. Mounts easy to design , arrived exactly as expected. High quality products. Similar to other reviews found them a bit difficult to get hold of on the phone so try and leave plenty of time if you do need to speak to them before placing order. Otherwise perfect

Lovely frame at a great price.
Ordering the frame was very simple and quick, also much better value for money that I could find anywhere else.

Some of these negative reviews must be so out of date because they are brilliant. Delivery is SO quick, and the website is so helpful and easy to use. By far the best website for choosing frames and mounts - the fact you can upload your picture, to see what it looks like before buying, is excellent.

Very quick and easy way of framing a picture - quick turnaround, lots of communication re: delivery etc. and it came securely packaged. It was exactly what I wanted.

Having received my frame damaged I politely called and emailed but no answer from the company. Have tried calling and emailing several times but to no avail. I will not use this company again and would advise others to avoid also if your looking for good customer service!!!

Never had a problem - they kept me informed at every stage of the process and always give a quick turnaround, even for large orders. The packing is brilliant and the quality of the product's exceptional - couldn't ask for more!

I've ordered 17 frames from these guys over 2 orders and been satisfied with every step of the process. The building has been fast (my last order was for 14 frames), the shipping has been exceptional and the quality of the product is unrivaled. I'm just looking for excuses to hang stuff of my walls now so I can get more from Pic Frames. Thank you very much.

I had 7 frames that I wanted to order but I initially ordered just 2 frames from them to make sure I liked them and that the quality/service was up to standard.
The first 2 frames I received were spot-on, just as advertised and the delivery service was brilliant, so I ordered the remaining 5 frames I needed.
I have just received delivery of the remaining 5 frames and they are fantastic. The largest one measuring 696mm x 1122mm is excellent quality and will last a lifetime I expect.
All the mounts are cut to size perfectly. There's not one negative comment I can make about this company, their products or their service.
I will only ever use them if I need more made to measure frames. Happy customer! 100% recommend.

Avoid at all costs, i never received my order.

My first frames ordered from this company I received in wrong sizes and not very good quality. I have made a complain and received an apology, full refund and new frames in sizes and quality I was expected. If this company will keep so big care of all customers I can recommend them, and order again.

I had never purchased a made to measure picture frame with mounting before and had no idea about sizing. The website made everything simple and straightforward. I uploaded an image of my picture, keyed in the measurements and the site took me through the different frames, mounting, etc and let me make my selection. I didn't have to worry whether everything was going to fit because the site did everything for me and allowed me to see how my picture would look.

The frame and fittings arrived within 7 days. Date of delivery was emailed, and the courier gave a 1 hour delivery timescale on the morning of delivery so you don't have to wait in all day.

The glazing was damaged on the first delivery. I emailed the company. They apologised and with no fuss they sent a replacement out the next day - they didn't even ask me to return the glazing (I suspect had it been the more expensive frame this would have needed to be returned first though). Furthermore they responded in less than 24 hours to both emails I sent and kept me up to date with timescales.

The only issue I have is with their couriers who operate a policy of not allowing you to open and check goods before signing for them. Even after signing they will not wait while you check because they say they are unable to take back damaged items. If the item is damaged you need to contact the company. This strikes me as a little odd since most companies encourage you to inspect goods before accepting them. As it was, the courier man told me to sign and write "unchecked" next to my signature.

Despite this minor issue with the courier, I will definitely be purchasing from Picframes again. The product, communication and customer service has all been excellent.
