I posted a review earlier that was less 5 stars. After hearing back from them and discussing the concern I found that it was due to circumstances having nothing to do with their product or company. I’m completely satisfied with their response and the speed at which is was made.

Awful experience. Our map came damaged and I had to argue with my customer service rep Martin to get a refund. He only wanted to give me a 75% refund for a damaged map. I’ll never purchase from this company again

What a great product… buy one

Our initial conversations to print with/ without frame took a couple of days of turnaround.
However, following from that the email updates came in promptly and the DHL delivery was on-time.
Map itself is quite detailed and arrived in immaculate condition.

I have ordered 3 maps from pin adventure maps and each one has been very much appreciated by the recipient. They are beautifully made and make wonderful wall art. The maps arrived very quickly and the service provided by the company was excellent. I would highly recommend.

Map looks fantastic. Extremely pleased. Was packaged expertly and arrived in perfect condition.

Our map came damaged, by Fed Ex. Pinadventures quickly responded and sent a replacement through a different carrier.
The map is just what we expected! Very nice.

My purchase was a birthday gift that I had shipped directly to the birthday-boy. He loved his map. He's leaving this week for a European cruise through Prague, Germany, etc and is looking forward to putting some new pins into some new countries. I didn't get any notifications of when it was being shipped which would have been nice.

CUSTOMER SERVICE was exemplary. Questions that I had throughout the process were answered timely and proficiently. This review is a bit early because I haven’t seen the product. It’s arrived but gift wrapped so beautifully that I’m not opening it until I give it as a gift. From my experience so far, I expect the map to be perfect.

Just received our map yesterday … love it . It’s going to be a great feature on our kitchen wall and a piece of art in itself and very unique. We chose a darkish blue background so it’s a little difficult to see some of the place names as it’s dark letters on dark background ..
Delivery was poor, as twice we got notification it was due for delivery that day and twice it was delayed.
Otherwise very good experience overall .

I received a FedEx tracking number and it came exactly when they said it would. The product is beautiful just like what is represented on their site. Very well done!!

I had an incident with import duty/tax. Pinadventures resolved this professionally without fuss. The product was delivered on schedule.
