180 USD item 98 EUR taxes

For a 180 USD US item weighing 1 kg, 98 EUR in taxes were added. The taxes are visible, only at the end of everything. We will definitely not use the services again! You can trick your customers only once!

Exceptional customer service, folks—truly exceptional, maybe the best you’ve ever seen. Fast delivery, so fast you wouldn’t believe it. People are saying, “How do they do it?” Nobody delivers faster. And the explanation? Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. So clear, so smart, they make it look easy. Everyone understands it. A tremendous job, really tremendous.

So many hidden fees that delivery from…

So many hidden fees that delivery from USA of 2 items ended up being 150 eur for 2 items ( not even 3kg)! Hidden fees are only visible at the final final payment stage, all other calculations show some of them but not all

Unreasonable fees — more expensive than the product itself

Are you serious with these service charges? I really wish I had read the pricing earlier, because I honestly didn’t expect pricing to be this unreasonable.

The product itself costs €21, yet your total additional fees come to €26, more than the product. This includes a €9 “shipment administration fee” and another €8 in unspecified “additional charges.” What exactly are these additional charges? It feels completely unjustified.

Sure, I’ll pay it this one time and it won’t ruin me, but I will definitely not be using your service again.
