This website does not accept most positive reviews of companies, and does this purposely to keep their score low to try and blackmail companies into their $679.99/month (!!!) plan to "manage" their reviews. What a scam. This is not a legit company rating site and should be illegal and reported to their states attorney's office.
Invalid verification codes
Had several goes at sending me a verification code in order to forward an email, all verification codes were invalid despite being promptly entered...Seriously?
Reading other reviews though, I reckon I got lucky on my first experience with this minor failure.
Charged despite closed account
I closed my account several months ago but still get charged. Also unable to log in with my mail address

ZocDoc app
ZocDoc app. I got hit by a city bus & that’s traumatic. So about a month ago I used ZocDoc app to try to find a mental health therapist. They have therapists in network of my Blue Cross insurance. I got an appointment & then they sent me another app that required my insurance & a CC to confirm my appointment (it was called Headway), that therapist cancelled the appointment. Then ZocDoc sent me another therapist to schedule with & I did & then they sent another app to enter my insurance info & a CC. I did it & that therapist cancelled. This went on with new appointments & new apps asking for insurance & CC info each time. Two days ago the 5th app & therapist was scheduled but there was a technical glitch & the appointment couldn’t happen. Finally, I have an in person appointment next week, although I have to go to Berkeley for it, but it’s worth it. My point is that ZocDoc is a train wreck & a Wearhouse of unlimited apps, all wanting cc in for & insurance. It’s enough to make a sane person crazy.

Actual real reviews from real consumers…
Actual real reviews from real consumers
Maybe if busineses learn how to do business without breaking the law they would feel more appreciative for actual real reviews.
I trust pissed consumer more than goggle or trustpilot. lol

Doordash has unscrupulous agents
Doordash has unscrupulous agents. On October 28, 2025, Doordash told a lie that I put in a fake SSN and deactivated my account. People need to know Doordash is a dangerous app. Doordash is evil and will use any means necessary to deactivate specific drivers' accounts. Doordash refuses to tell me where the location of the event occurred. Someone logged into my account.

I posted a review on Patriot Depot
I posted a review on Patriot Depot. I received a confirmation email from Pissed Consumer that my review was received & would be forwarded to PD. The next day I attempted to log into PC & my password didn't work. I sent in two requests to send me a code, which I clicked & was taken to the PC site for another person & my review was no where to be found. What a waste of time.
Pissedconsumer would only allow me to…
Pissedconsumer would only allow me to post a negative review. I think they are a digital protection racket.
Online assistance is pathetic with most companies.
Hello,
Tried to draft a post on Pissed Consumer. My post got as far as page 2 then just stopped. Would not let me move to the next page. So I was unable to post something about Microsoft's lack of assistance with their product key. Called a number I THOUGHT was pissed consumer... guess again!!
I really wanted to give them another…
I really wanted to give them another chance, but I don't think that I can bring myself to do so. The last time I posted a review on their site, I was harassed by a "guest" who posted, rude and offensive comments on my review, making false accusations against me and calling me hateful names. They weren't just doing it to me, they were also doing it to other people who posted negative reviews about a particular company. I had my review removed because I was sick and tired of the harassment from the "guests" who commented on my review. The thing is, I inquired about this several times because what these "guests" were doing was bullying and that's not okay. Nothing was ever done about it. I have reason to believe that the "guests" could've even been the same person or even group of people, because they were posting the same or similar things on other people's reviews. I even made it a point to mention that, but it didn't seem to matter. You would think that they would try to do something to crack down on this, such as some kind of verification process, otherwise, this person can keep going onto the site as a "guest" so they can harass people and not face any consequences for their actions. Unfortunately, they don't do anything about it, they continue to allow this to go on. They don't crack down on the trolling/bullying, and I see this as a concern. What if this "guest" decides to troll/harass someone who may have other struggles? What if this "guest" takes it too far? I revisited the site today, and I noticed that this "guest" is still harassing people, and it triggered me. It doesn't make me want to ever utilize that site ever again.
Swiftlock is a rip off

I placed an order on may19 2025
I placed an order on may19 2025. Beautiful. White embrodery blouse for over 70.00. Was charged to my bank w Apple Pay. I received a message from Sal Lennon stating they received my order and it was paid for. That’s all I got from them. I’m not happy with this at all because I love their items. But I rarely spend over $50 for any kind of item. I gave them a chance to fix it and they just wanted me to sign up for one fee of $45. Be careful proceed with caution.
Website been total glitchfest
Website has been beyond glitch fast like every other server known to mankind lately. Just unusable or reliable now

Trying to contact a company by phone. PissedConsumer offers a number I already know is unobtainable, and would probably charge me if I tried to use it via their “service”.
Ticket Master completely wrong number
Provided number of +443333219999 for Ticket Master help. It connected me to some overseas number connected to 3 mobile for which I'll now be charged. Google of this number links it to spam phone activity. So using pissed consumer has actually been useless, cost me money and made me more pi**ed off.
