Alan Archer attended the office today to fix our franking machine. The customer support service was excellent. He contacted us the day before, after 3:30 pm which is after the last call of the day, which made a real difference, and then attended first thing the next morning. He answered all of our questions regarding post, and was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the visit. Highly recommended.

Although the engineer couldn't fix the problem instantaneously, he used his contacts and established where the nearest part was that would get our franking machine back on the road. After a trip the following day, the part was obtained and fitted by the engineer resulting in the franking machine back working again.

We had a visit on the 17the April from your engineer Neil. He immediately asked us for the problems we were experiencing and then set about repairing the franking machine. He was very polite, professional and personable plus he helped us achieve a maximum 39 points on "Popmaster". A very friendly gentleman who thankfully took the drama away from the crisis! Thanks Neil!

Yesterday, I logged a request for an engineer to calibrate our franking machine, and I’m pleased to say that the service today was outstanding. Mark Grant and Graham Milburn, who were on site, demonstrated impressive expertise and professionalism.
They went above and beyond, readily addressing all our queries with confidence. Both Graham and Mark were not only friendly but also highly knowledgeable. and are an invaluable asset to Pitney Bowes.

When we had an issue with our franking machine, we received excellent customer service. From the initial phone call to customer services who deployed an engineer the very next day. Stuart B the engineer came on site and ensured we had a working franking machine. We had to send our old one away and but received a new one within a relatively short amount of time. Once we received delivery of our replacement machine Stuart B came back on site to make sure it was correctly set up. Can't fault his commitment or Pitney Bowes customer service. 5 stars from us.

Dave Perry our engineer is always super helpful and friendly, he came in and fixed our issue with the franking machine and also helped with some other issues we were having online, so that is also in the process of being sorted now too. It does help that we have known Dave for many, many years, it's nice to have a familiar face coming to fix the machine

only downfall is that it is a pain to call in and get to the correct department. the options need to be clearer on the phone line

Had an issue with the printer head on the Franking machine. Issue was fully fixed the following day after contacting Pitney Bowes with the problem.
Jim Mitchell was friendly and polite as always, the repair was completed swiftly with a full service given at the same time.

Matt Lake as always is very efficient in getting out to us when an issue is raised and if he cant sort the situation there and then, is always ensuring that parts are ordered and he is back out with us at the earliest moment to sort our issue.
