The app is constantly crashing, leading to loss of photos/ project work. I think the app closed off and crashed probably 20 times during my picture uploads. It happened also during payment.

Pixum App- be prepared for difficulties
I have not seen the final result yet, but it was very hard to make a photo album on iPad. In my opinion the Pixum App is not worked out sufficiently: photos are mixed while transferring, text typing gives a lot of problems, as the cursor does not move properly in text box, photos cannot be switched from one page to another- back/forward, nor moved outside the page, etc. The big disadvantage is not to be able to insert extra pages (1-2) inside the album, but only 8 pages next to the last one. It would be nice to have layouts with 6 and more photos, also in round shape. Next time I will definitely choose another program for making a photo album.

Jeg er ked af at høre, at du har haft problemer med betjeningen af vores app, jeg vil prøve at gå ind på nogle af dine kommentarer:
Mht. til den viste rækkefølge ved uploadet af de brugte billeder, har denne ikke nogen betydning for at billederne placeres korrekt i den færdige bog.
Indtastningen af tekster fungerer på en iPad anderledes end ved en normal computer. Her er vores udviklere nød til at tilpasse sig iOS styresystemet.
App'en har ikke helt så mange designmuligheder som Pixum fotounivers softwaren, som du kan hente gratis på vores hjemmeside, dette beskrives også flere steder på vores website. I softwaren har du utallige skabeloner og layouts du kan vælge i mellem, du kan også lægge rammer og passepartouter omkring billederne.
Af tryktekniske årsager er det ikke muligt bare at tilføje 1 eller 2 sider. Dette skyldes at hver gang du tager et papirark og trykker dette på begge sider, så vil dette automatisk medføre at du har 4 ekstra sider når arket foldes, Endvidere skal tykkelsen af bogryggen også tilpasses, og dette kan desværre kun ske i visse trin. Vi arbejder dog på i den nærmeste fremtid at kunne tilbyde de ekstra sidepakker med bare 4 sider i stedet for 8 ekstra sider..
Jeg vil dog håbe, at du trods betjeningsproblemerne vil gå hen og blive glad for den færdige bog, når vi kommer så vidt.
