If you want to sell property in Hillerød, Place2Live are extremely good at it...!
På engelsk, forbi mit skriftligt dansk er ikke så godt. Place2Live (P2L) have lived up to my expectations. From my initial meeting with them - where their enthusiasm for the job was clear - to the sale. In between, P2L were always available to answer questions; they were clear and open with their explanations at the different stages of the process - including various meetings about marketing details - and always acted in a timely manner. Of course, nothing is ever completely perfect. There were a couple of times when requests for documentation (which are considerable...!) were fulfilled by the seller, only for the same request to be made a few weeks later. Documentary requirements are quite extensive (not the fault of P2L of course) and some guidance - or a checklist - about where to find requested documents and when would have been useful. At the end, communications within P2L seem also to have been a little flawed with regard to the presence - or not, actually - of the buyer for the reading of the various utility meters on the day of key handover.
Nevertheless, these are minor issues for a process which is recognized by many as being one of the most stressful activities in life. The sale of my house was brought about quite quickly, which was one of my stated needs. My criticisms are minor; and are intended to be viewed in a constructive light, namely as "opportunities for improvement" and where some of the stress could have been reduced. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend P2L to others. Especially if they take the improvement opportunities on board.
The process is not completed until 1st July, but this detail should not affect my rating.

Perfect team work.
