I'm inclined to agree with the other reviewers. I also have not received any responses from emails. No customer service at all. I would also really like to support a Canadian company with an appealing product like there's but a complete lack of customer service like this is a red flag for me.
The products have been ok,as a customer for 2 months,but the customer service is non- existent if you have any issues or inquiries. I have asked 4 times about do they test for heavy metals in their pea, hemp, pumpkin protein powder with no response. If you phone it directs you to email only. Really unfortunate as I would like to support the company.
They do not respond to customer messages about their products. Zero accountability. Avoid this business.
