After care too
Very good experience contacting Planet X customer services over a broken clip on a cheap helmet, bought a while ago.
I had very fast response via email and this lead to me making an order for the part at a reasonable cost.
This isn't the first time their customer services have helped.

Outstanding service
Would like to praise the staff at Planet X particularly Ben and Dan. The customer service is exceptional. They went to extraordinary lengths to help me out with an issue and their communication is first class. My wife and I have both bought gravel bikes from them and they have been fantastic we love them. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough they will give you the very best service

Very inexpensive and ok quality helmet
Very inexpensive an ok/decent quality helmet in striking white gloss.
Unfortunate that the size XL was more like a M and nowhere near fitted
However, not sending it back as the pads fit my fox flux perfectly which was in need of them so I'm happy.
Fast delivery and great communication.
Wish there were were more sunglasses and other items to chose from as planetx isn't what it was. Seems on the up again now.
