Got what I paid for and I'm sure it's the going rate for the plant size but I would have liked it a bit larger. I hope it's a fast grower! Received in it's dormant state, I can't really comment on the condition until it starts to grow next year.
Very helpful people however.

Had never heard of this company and was a little concerned that the plants would be no good as they were so well priced. However they arrived really well packed and of excellent quality. Have ordered more.

Healthy-looking plants of good size and mostly with a longer plug than expected, delivered quickly. One star deducted for short supply (19 not 20) and excessive plastic packaging.

Ordered 40 strawberry plants from the UK. Plants despatched promptly from France and arrived within 8 days. They were securely packed, were well developed and in good condition, considering their journey. I went to Planfor as they were the only source of the varieties I wanted. Let's hope I'll still be able to buy from them after Brexit!

Sixteen days since I ordered my plants. No delivery, no help from the inappropriately named Customer Services, & no refund. Planfor has to be the worst company on this planet. They are inefficient, ignorant & uncaring. I think my next move will be a call to a National newspaper. I've heard the cliche that all publicity is good publicity, somehow I don't hold with that. We will see.

Still no plants, (13 days on from date of order) & met with dismissive disinterest when messaging your customer service department. You are a joke & have lost me as a customer & everybody I know that has an interest in gardening. Refund requested 3 times now but nowhere near being processed.

Was slightly concerned about ordering plants from abroad, but very pleased with the service and quality of the plants which arrived within a week, and were very well packaged. Will definitely order from Planfor again. Great selection of plants, with more unusual varieties than the local garden centre sells. Good prices too, especially when ordering multiples.

Althought the delivery was later than I expected, and out of Planfor's control, the plant (A Yuzu citrus) itself eventually arrived, and was in perfect condition.

We bought 15 macrocarpa in 1.3lt pots. Lead time on delivery was pretty good, when they arrived they were incredibly well packed and the trees were beautiful, really good quality, in good pots and nicely moist. Perfect.

Good quality plants. Just as expected. Green and healthy. Pots wrapped in plastic. Well boxed up with lots of pakaging material. Overall very pleased....
