Great Service !

Created my account on 09.03.2020..... placed my order 09.03.2020 (15.27) delivered to our house 12.03.2020 (12.07) ....

Orderd 18 bamboos ......

Exceptional service ..... plants arrived well packaged .... no damage

Great service .... would highly recommend !

Superb

Superb. Bought 100+ laurel plants last year and was very pleased so was more than happy to buy 100 red Robin - Photinia.
Only criticism is the filler packing is extruded polystyrene chips.

Helpful Staff.

Helpful Staff.
Despite being an online service, I found that I was able to get help when I needed to arrange my delivery so that my tree did not arrive when I was on holiday. The delivery service was very efficient.

Fast delivery, great condition, too much plastic

My plant arrived within 48 hours in its nursery pot in very good condition. Quite a lot of the soil had spilled out of the pot, but the plant itself was fine. A lot of the packaging was plastic/polystyrene, which was the one negative aspect and one that should be easy to correct.

Poor tracking of delivery

There was a problem with delivery which Planfor didn't deal with. I told them about the problem and it was sorted quickly. However, it was bad customer service that Planfor didn't check whether delivery had been made. The goods were of excellent quality and price.
