The plants I received were of a good quality,and the customer service was also good, however the courier service at DPD was incompetent, they failed to deliver on the scheduled day,stating they were unable to find my address!They then sent my package back to a completely different department, ridiculous when they have my phone number, luckily plantfor customer service helped to solve the issue.
