Last year Plantation Shutters installed shutters in my front bay windows and I was so pleased with the result that I have just had the company install shutters at the rear of my house. The quality of the product and the installation work is excellent and I was impressed on both occasions by the company's professionalism, efficiency and friendly approach throughout the process. My experience with Plantation Shutters was excellent. They turned up on time on the right date for the quote. They advised us really well I think. They laid out all the options and allowed us to make our own decisions without pressure, but provided good insight into the options
Fitting was again on the right day and on time. The fitter was very communicative. He was quick but thorough and confirmed choices on the day rather than ploughing on.
I like the product. They're exactly as advertised. They're a great finish, they close properly and operate as expected. They are beautiful.

Good result but beware they want all the money prior to installation
Impressed by how carefully the measurements were taken. Lead time was long. Installation was smooth. My main concern is that they insist that you pay the full fee before the shutters are installed. I have no problem paying a deposit but it is not reasonable to have to pay all the money before they even walk through the door never mind install the shutters to satisfactory standard. When I tried to negotiate on this, complete stonewall.

We had two helpful visits from Lee and really good back room service from the office.
