Good company, from start to finish everything went smoothly.
The initial consultation was detailed and at no point was there any hard sales pitch.
Changes were accommodated with minimum fuss. Once installed the blinds transformed the interior and exterior of our home.
The only negative was the lack of an update once the order was placed. We were initially informed of the lead time, however it would have been nice to have a progress report.

Great to finally give this present to our home after I first got in touch with Plantation Shutters back in 2018!
The fitter was friendly, professional, helpful, and worked so cleanly and calmly. Was a lovely surprise for the rest of the family upon their return from an afternoon out, they love them as much as I did. They look so lovely, day or night and we’ve achieved the best exposure to get as much light as possible with the living room one, as the weather changes and sunny rays are few and far between.
And in the morning it’s great to get just enough light to get you in the wake up zone in the bedrooms, and then be able to keep one side closed and let more light in on the other.

After receiving at least 4 quotations I am very pleased to have chosen Plantation Shutters. My shutters arrived and were installed in the expected time frame. The office communications was good. But what I was really impressed by was the installation by Nathan. He was friendly, professional and most importantly due to unforeseen reasons ( needing more material ) the job meant a little snagging to be complete. However Nathan was on the phone the very near day, having resourced the missing elements and came back to finish the job. I was a little concerned upon hearing that the job was going to be 95% finished that it would then drag on for months. But thankfully Nathan personally made sure that wasn't the case.
Overall I have been very impressed with this company and will be recommended to friends and family.
