Went to Paypal to get refund which took until the 18th March. They do not communicate at all on any social media, emails, or calls do not deliver.

Waited and waited for my order to be delivered but. Nothing came. Contacted several times to enquire if the order had even been dispatched but no response.
Ended up filing dispute through PayPal to get a refund.

Failed to deliver my £300+ order for over a week (and counting), didn't respond to several of my messages, or couldn't/wouldn't even give me a delivery date. Very poor service. Would not recommend.

The parcel did not arrive and no reply
The parcel did not arrive, no one from the courier or the seller has responded.
Hence avoid!
AVOID! Will take your money and you'll receive nothing in return.
Ordered cork bark from them on eBay. They took the money, didn't send it out, went past the estimated delivery date with still no sign of the package.
Sent them messages asking where the item was, got ignored. Asked them to cancel the order as it wasn't sent out. Ignored up until the deadline when they rejected the cancellation at the last minute.
Going through the refund process with eBay now, have to wait another 3 days for this guy to not reply or give the refund so I can get eBay to give me the refund through their money back guarantee.
Buy from this guy at your own risk.
I wouldn't be getting my money back if it wasn't for eBay's buyer protection.
