I ordered a bulb from them on the 4th March waited a week and nothing was updated order was processing, so i tried to ring them no answer, emailed them twice no answer. Went to Paypal to get refund which took until the 18th March. They do not communicate at all on any social media, emails, or calls do not deliver.

Didn't send me the product and no communication. Took the money though.

Waited and waited for my order to be delivered but. Nothing came. Contacted several times to enquire if the order had even been dispatched but no response.
Ended up filing dispute through PayPal to get a refund.

I was sent the wrong item and have tried getting in touch to sort a return and have just been completely ignored. Ive phoned, left a voicemail, sent emails and reached out on FB over the last couple of weeks and had absolutely no communication from them. Awful customer service and pretty sure a legal right to get a refund

Never sent order or reply to any message waste of time avoid at all cost

After my last order finally arrived (only being dispatched after I emailed asking why the tracking information hadn't ever updated) I made the mistake of ordering something else. A week after I placed the order I emailed to find out when it would be dispatched - 2 days later I still haven't received any update

Failed to deliver my £300+ order for over a week (and counting), didn't respond to several of my messages, or couldn't/wouldn't even give me a delivery date. Very poor service. Would not recommend.

The company was helpful and professional. the stock was well kept and excellent. We would highly recommend the company.

The parcel did not arrive, no one from the courier or the seller has responded.
Hence avoid!

Ordered cork bark from them on eBay. They took the money, didn't send it out, went past the estimated delivery date with still no sign of the package.
Sent them messages asking where the item was, got ignored. Asked them to cancel the order as it wasn't sent out. Ignored up until the deadline when they rejected the cancellation at the last minute.
Going through the refund process with eBay now, have to wait another 3 days for this guy to not reply or give the refund so I can get eBay to give me the refund through their money back guarantee.

Buy from this guy at your own risk.
I wouldn't be getting my money back if it wasn't for eBay's buyer protection.

Awesome shop with everything you need. Brought a beardie from here. Really knowledgeable staff who could answer any question I asked no matter how stupid. Will definitely going back again in the future. 100% would recommend to anybody looking for a new pet or for existing reptile needs.

Ordered a sand coloured reptile carpet was sent a green one contacted sales department via email got no reply am left with a green reptile carpet that is no good to me
