Great quality plants and excellent customer service. I had a query about one of the plants in my order which was responded to straight away and a replacement plant was sent.

Excellent plants delivered quickly and efficiently. They immediately and very attractively transformed the look of my two ponds.

The quality of plants have all been very good as has the packaging and enclosed information/advice.
On ordering you get an email confirming the order and an estimated date of delivery followed by updates as weather helps or hinders growth/gathering. We are particularly fascinated with the water Hawthorn, the uniquely shaped flowers are wonderful to see coming up through their leaves and the water lily leaves in our pond.

The mature plant arrived on time, well packaged/protected and in excellent condition. It is now in situ and thriving.

I have a reasonably big sized pond which had fish until recently. I decided to get rid of them as I had difficulty maintaining it. I found plants for ponds on Google. They have been very helpful from the start and promptly replied to all my email queries around growing water lilies. I now have three varieties of lilies growing nicely. The second set that arrived had broken leaves and the soil was pushed to one side. When I reached out they said not to worry. Sure enough they are doing well too..I would recommend them and won't hesitate to buy again.

Product is available, if not, theres clear information to manage expectations with prompt delivery and care instructions. Since this order I have now placed a second, the quality of the plants are excellent, now all I need is patience!

The heads up on when new plants are available really helpful. I was delighted to find some Frogbit this year. The plants are packaged beautifully. The delivery service takes account of any holidays to make sure you're there to receive it. The plants were in fabulous condition and are all thriving.

We did originally have a problem with our order, which arrived promptly but had obviously suffered by travelling in the extreme heat we were experiencing.
We took a photo as advised and Lucy got back to me straight away, agreeing that it probably was the heat and they would arrange a replacement for us.
When dealing with live plants and erratic weather conditions, it is inevitable that there may be problems, but if the company is happy to replace and it is easy to communicate with a helpful human being it makes a huge difference. Our replacement came in good time and we were kept in touch with what was happening. The new plants are settling well in the pond now. I would be very happy to use this company again.
