Delivered on time. Prices competitive. Compostible, paper garden sacks which were sturdy and didn't tear. Have already ordered from Plastic Freedom again!

It should be the norm
It should be the norm that packaging is as simplistic as possible, so it’s very much a noticeable when a company can safely deliver items with plastic free materials.
Purchasing was clear, delivery was swift, communication is easy so I’m very happy with the service I received. It was very fitting to the bags I bought.

Product was as expected as it’s a favourite I use regularly though first time from this company. Delivery was quick, in spite of me accidentally opting to ‘collect in store’ and having to rearrange…Personal touch much appreciated. Would use this company again.

Always deliver on time
Always deliver on time, without any plastic packaging in sight and amazing customer service from Beth. She always goes the extra mile to help out and sort things if something goes wrong (which is rare!)

Fast and Efficient
The company that I usually use to get my dog poo bags from is incredibly slow, so I would allow just over a week before anticipation of delivery. This time they were out of stock, so remembering that Plastic Freedom also sells their products, I ordered from there. Imagine my surprise when my ordered items arrived literally 3 days later! So for ease of order process and speed of delivery will continue to order from Plastic Freedom from here-on-in.

I liked my parcel a lot
I liked my parcel a lot - everything I ordered. The only problem I had was with my very earth-friendly padded envelope, which surprised me by exploding out its soft messy innards all over my dark sweater. Please write instructions/warnings!

Reply from Plastic Freedom
Unfortunately review requests can't wait for the delivery confirmation to be sent out and I'm waiting for the day the technology catches up with this as 1* reviews for things out of our control are really damaging to a small business.
I am really sorry your item has not arrived, if you drop us a message at any time of day we will always chase this for you and give you an update.
We have also added priority delivery options to the website using different couriers for those wanting to avoid postage strike delays which is clearly marked throughout the checkout to hopefully avoid reviews like this.
Please drop an email to info@plasticfreedom.co.uk or pop on live chat any time and our small team are here to help!
Cheers,
Beth
