Ordered plates which I attached to my car only to later be informed, by the police, they were illegal in the UK as there was not the required spacing between the numbers and the last 3 letters. I've repeatedly contacted the company by the only means available, a ridiculous online 'contact us' form. They have never responded, pathetic company, avoid at all costs!

Bought plates online. Needed them quickly and their express (extra cost item) delivery option promised I would receive them in time.
Plates did not arrive as express delivery promised. They were a week late. I didn't need the plates by then. Contacted them to arrange return and refund on the plates Lots of promises from them to help out, nothing happens. Then they just stop replying to emails completely.
You cannot call them, and they are actually NOT in UK even though their website makes out they are.

AVOID THIS MOB COMPLETELY.

Avoid - use somewhere else please. I bought 3 lots of plates from these cowboys - no problem. So I'm a loyal customer. Then, I ordered some plates - at 10:31pm on a Saturday night. When I found out my son had just ordered them from elsewhere else so I cancelled the order 8 MINUTES LATER.

They charged 15% of the order because I'd cancelled my order - incredible. I said that it seemed a bit unfair but they just ignored me.

Just avoid them and use someone else important lesson learned hope it helps you from being ripped off by them.

Oh yes and they're not in the UK.

Painless to order and very helpful when I rang to ask a question, I also was kept up to date with the despatch of the documents.

I bought some custom plates from this outfit and ended-up having to go through the process of a charge-back via my bank. They promise much and deliver little. If you have a complaint they go silent. Notice how there is no phone number on their website and also they don't take PayPal as they know it would be far too easy for people to lodge charge-back.

They were slow to deliver and when the product arrived it was wrong. This is when it all went quiet. They only publish positive reviews on their website maybe with the occasional minor hiccup so they can 'big themselves up' for sorting it. They are based in Ireland from a rented office and hide behind the fact. If you do a proper internet search you will see a catalogue of complaints.
