I purchased the premium plus subscription, tried to play God of War Ascension, the lag in the intro, the lag in the gameplay made this experience frustrating, I pay like all other players for my internet and the premium package and receive this streaming lagging experience. I may be anything to the company but all i want is to enjoy my old time favorites from Sony WITHOUT this lagging issue.

Paying to use features of a purchased game, such as online gaming, is greedy as hell. Soney, you have forgotten your customers, and it will come back to haunt you.

Paying to play online is a load of crap. And ps+ is way to pricy for that. Making bullshit reasons like «giving» us old «free» games to make it «worth» it. Playing online should not cost anything, like on pc.

In December 2025 I purchased the a special for PS Plus with a 33% discount on the app. I bought the PS Plus Deluxe 12 month subscription now and I did not have an active PS Plus subscription. However, it showed on my profile that my subscription would renew on 12/02/2026 which does not cover the 12 months I purchased. I tried logging queries and finding contact details so I could enquire and eventually got an email address. I emailed and received no response.

Could you please investigate this and advise why this is showing as such as I purchased and paid for 12 month subscription. At this point already, my PS Plus subscription was already cancelled and I spent almost the full amount of a subscription for just 2 months.

Absolutely ridiculous that there is nobody I can readily contact and raise this with.

Who do these clowns think they are banned me from PlayStation with no explanation as to why I pay for PlayStation plus, who are these to tell me I can't play when ive paid good money. Never again will I purchase PlayStation plus, PS5 will be sold and I will be going to XBOX.

Got a Playstation plus subscription yesterday to use with a playstation portal i got on the same day and already I'm going to get rid of the portal because the games on playstaton plus are junk. Not found one decent game on there yet and can't be bothered to waste anymore time looking.

I’ve recently joined PlayStation. I brought a PS5 thinking some of the games might be a nice change of pace from Xbox. Oh.. how I was disappointed.

Within the first week I brought PS-Plus. After playing the Award Winning God Of War games, which I found fantastic. My type for the next game was found extremely lacking. I had a good browses throughout the PS Plus subscription, to find absolutely nothing worth playing.

Most of the games, I’ve never heard of and tend to be Cheap, nasty stuff. The other half of them are games that have been out for at least 10 or more years.
The selection of Multiplayer games are next to non. I should also note that the prices for games to buy are extremely overpriced and set at ridiculous prices. Even when these games are on sale.

I would advice any Xbox/PC player who is moving to PS to stay with there current gaming platforms.

Do I regret joining PS? Hmmm. Hard to say. I want to say yes, but there are good games. Some only. It’s something I’d rather experience on Xbox still. As the Xbox gamepass is fantastic and offers new releases, were as PS is still in 1990. Not a great look or feel for a gamer.

Omdz where do I start. A whole week trying to get cod to down load on the ps4 after purchasing an exciting ps4 from someone else cex. Never will I waste my time again with playstation. They just want more and more money from you.

The worst customer service. They should learn from Amazon, Amazon are the best. I finished with Play Station today, unbelievable! I don’t wanna see anything from PS in my house!

Ps plus is shitty overpriced and has no good games, PlayStation won’t even add their OWN exclusive games to the thing instead they’d rather remake a old ass ps2 game no one asked a remake off and add it to ps plus then raise they continue the raise to price. ATP it’s js embarrassing and I really regret changing from Xbox.

I'm an old gamer I have an original nes. I've had every Playstation system. The latest price hikes on the Playstation subscription a ridiculous and greedy from the company it's unfortunate that they choose to go this way me my family and my future families I will encourage to buy Xbox. I've yet to buy one I've never played on one. But believe you me, I will never buy another playstation. I had been a faithful PlayStation player and I despise even saying I will go to Xbox. But I'm tired of paying you greedy people. It's cheaper on Xbox I hear about it all the time from everyone I know. And I'm tired of telling everybody PlayStation is better it's not you guys are greedy. I mean look at your 1.1 review here. I'm a business owner too this is sad and a disgrace to all the old time gamers. I know you care less about my review or anybody else who gives you a one or lower and that's your problem cuz you don't care about us. And the PlayStation plus games you put out monthly I can't believe those are the games you want to give away they suck. Rarely do you give us a game that is currently up to date. 8-bit games for free really. I know what an 8-bit game is these new kids might not. Some of the games you give away for free look like the graphics are worse than Q basic programming. You remember that one? That's around the era where you actually cared about your subscribers. I just wanted to put my two cents out there I don't care who reads it I just want to know it's publicly posted so the world can see you don't care about your subscribers anymore. It was $120 roughly for premium subscription yearly last year now it's closer to 160 bucks greedy! I don't treat my customers this way and I never will. I may not be no corporate office. But my customers appreciate me I can't say the same for you or your company. Good day.

12 month paid PS Essential access. 3 times lost access as it logs of by itself and a new login is required. Every time need to contact support and lose 1 h of describing the issue, seems even could be an issue in communication as their primary language isn't English. Service unpleasant sorry to say as last support request I was even accused that I logged off by myself from the account. My advice, look for discounts for your primary account. 2 stars only cause it so so worked for 6 months.

I haven’t subscribed to ps now since it was its own thing and not merged with ps plus. I didn’t want to get both cause I don’t play online, so when they merged and I saw the subscription prices more than doubled I thought I’d at least get better benefits. Come to find a ton of games aren’t available at all to stream without buying them. Hogwarts legacy, Star Wars battle front, destiny, some classics some new but none available. Just get the games you want and save your money, this is such a disappointment

Shows you "free" games each month and then charge you for them anyway. Trying to get your money back, you meet a wall of discouragement that makes you just give up because it simply isn't worth your time to jump through all of their hoops and barriers to get your stolen money back. Customer support is non-existent.

Rubbish games yet again this month I think I will go for an Xbox instead constantly poor for the subscription cost!!!!
