I ordered a pair of sneakers, payment in bitcoin. I scanned the QR code and the payment was made, money gone. No confirmation, I called customer service the same day, they confirmed the order, telling me not to worry that the confirmation would arrive the next day. I didn't receive anything. Trusting the brand, I waited a few more days, but nothing. They wrote to me that the order was unsuccessful and that they would refund the money... only to then tell me they never received it... absurd, I paid, I no longer have that amount in my wallet and they wash their hands of it. Of course, the next day the shoe in my size was no longer available. Very disappointed with the brand, customer management, and I feel cheated by the company

When they receive contact information during the purchase, they start constantly sending advertisements to the phone text messages without the customer's permission. This Spam comes from different web sites so you can't block those. They won't stop, even contacting customer service several times. Shameful and illegal operating company.

Avoid this company!!! I bought a gilet online, luckily using PayPal. It took nearly a month to arrive, after trying it on it was too big, so I returned it for a refund. That took another 2 weeks, because they hired their own broker and changed address of the return address. It didn't feel right to me so I kept ringing them for updates, they stopped answering my calls. I then turned to PayPal for a refund which took another 2 weeks to resolce. They didn't even reply to PayPal. Luckily I was granted my refund by PayPal today. So unless you want to lose your money and be scammed I would avoid busting anything from here.

I received a scratched pair of sunglasses and had video evidence of the scratches the very moment I received them. When reaching out to exchange them for a non-scratched-up pair, they asked for pictures/videos, and then they said that their “quality” department “rejected my claim”. Like what? Bro this is how I received your shipment. If I’m buying $600-$900 sun glasses, they better not have scratches! Anyways it has been TWO MONTHS and maybe I’ll get an exchange because I’m a loyal customer. Sucks for all of you non-loyal customers.
Advice: do not buy with crypto. Buy with credit card so you can do a charge back and give them financial hell. That will put a fire under their ass so your issue doesn’t take 2+ months to resolve!

Following on my previous experience delayed delivery experience from online website of Phillip PLEIN (a £970 purchase!), after many emails, UPS delivered the item and left it at my doorstep, taking a photo as proof of delivery. I had to drive home from work from another town so the item would not be stolen. I contacted customer services for return, as the item was three weeks delayed, the website stated returns cannot be processed. Again after several emails to them returns label was sent. I followed their instructions which were very poor placed 3 invoices in clear plastic UPS plastic sleeve, put the returns label and posted it off. Now having received at the Poland ups warehouse they are not providing information for clearance for it to be delivered. I’ve sent several emails and not getting any response. UPS have given a deadline of 22nd February for receiver to provide documents. If this doesn’t get processed by Philip PHILIPP PLEIN customers services this item will be returned or destroyed. This purchase has caused me extreme stress and distress and my money is stuck with this unscrupulous seller.
If you want to have similar experience as me, then please go ahead and buy otherwise take heed from this feedback and do not at any cost buy from this seller.
Also like other customers I have received constant SMS messages about sale items every week which get reduced because nobody is buying their crappy stuff.

Don’t waste your money and time
Expedited shipping is $19 and you will wait one month for the product to arrive to the United States. Then they use GROUND UPS to ship it lol 😂 The expedited shipping takes another 7 days and if you try to contact their customer service be prepared to wait 1 week for a response. What a shame that the brand can’t get their act together and deliver to the customers excellence and good experience! Oh and FYI they will charge you tax on shipping as well

This took place 23rd January, I sent over 5 emails pleading with Phillip plein to issue me a new pair instead of refunding the money.
They first responded 2 days ago saying they will give me an update and then today sent my money over.
The two pairs of trainers that I wanted in that time went on full sale and sold out in all sizes.

I ordered a shoe rack from Philip Plein, specifically,
RUNNER HEXAGON. The products were ordered on 1/13/2024 and arrived at destination on 2/1/2024. Unfortunately the shoes had very serious problems. The leather and the soles are peeling. I can't believe Philipp Plein has errors like this. I paid $400 for the pair of shoes and they arrived in very bad condition.
On Friday, 2/2/2024 I tried to return them but an error appeared "something went wrong". I tried again to make the return on Saturday (2/2/2024) and the website says that 14 days have already passed. Theis website measures the date I placed the order and not the date I took possession of the goods. In fact since I took possession of the goods (2/1/2024) only 4 days have passed not 14. I can't believe Philip Plein delivers products in such a bad conditions.
I have proof from the UPS courier company that the products were delivered on Thursday, 02/01/2024 and I messaged them to facilitate my rights to return the products. I will keep posted this review if they will solve or not solve my issue with the return.
If you still want to buy something made by them, use Mytheresa or other websites.

Very Disappointed
I bought a hat from this company and what I got was total junk. The quality was extremely low and made in China. It came in a small box with the hat in a plastic bag. All the tags were not attached and just loose in the bag. I mean seriously how greedy can a company be that they send you a $300 baseball cap in a plastic bag. They have always come in a nice box from other designers. Well I will never buy from them again. PP must just be some greedy guy that doesn’t care at all about his image or customers. AVOID!!

Very poor customer service. Having paid for a jacket on 1st Jan, I sent two emails mid January ( received no response) querying the missing item. I spoke with someone from customer service at the end of the month who assured me she would look into this and email me, which she did not! Having spoken with someone again today, their attitude was extremely poor - no apology and almost surprised as my dismay the item had taken so long to arrive saying ‘well it’s on the way now!’. I explained I was disappointed by the way this had been handled ( lack of apology included) and that it would make me hesitant to shop online with a brand we previously loved! The advisor seemed apathetic about this and preserving future business-avoid’

Every pair of PP trainers I've owned has fell apart within about three months, if that! The crystals on the Hoodies I bought also all fell off! The crystals on the T-shirts I owned all fell off! I bought a pair of leggings for my girlfriend in the sale and they arrived with a hole in the crutch and crystals missing so they’ve obviously been returned by someone else and sent to us! How can you charge the money you do PP and do this to your customers? You should be ashamed PP. I get spammed twice a day from 630am in the morning and living in the UK also. Abysmal customer service. After 3 messages on their website, one email and 2 messages on IG they finally responded. Unfortunately their "response" did not answer my question. They refused to answer. I was asking that they verify authenticity of one of their leather skirts. All true high end brands do this willingly.
