Don’t do it, they’ll take your money and you won’t hear from them again. And when you do, they’re gonna ask you so many details about your order as if they don’t have anything on record lol. Useless. Still waiting for my refund and I’m not getting replies now.

PLVYLIST IS A SCAM

I reached out to Junior, the Plvylist CEO via email and asked him about pricing to get a new song release playlisted. He was very responsive and quickly quoted me a price and sent me an invoice, stating that once payment is sent my song would be added to the #1 slot on 5 playlists. I sent the money, and he stopped responding immediately. A week went by, nothing, I reached out and inquired showing the paypal receipt and the invoice that was paid. Again, no response, another week went by so I attempted to contact the customer service. They responded a few days later asking for the payment receipt. I provided the receipt, and again they stopped responding. It has since been almost 2 months and my song never recieved the playlisting that was promised, and they have ignored numerous requests to provide me with a refund. Unfortunately, after doing research I realized that this is a common practice for this company. They seem to prey on the hopes of aspiring artists by making promises, and then ghosting them once they receive payment. I would strongly recommend that you do not use this service. I am out hundreds of dollars, and it doesn't look like they have any intention of doing the right thing.

I was referred to them and after one campaign with them I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I tried to resolve the issue with them and talk things out but barely any communication from them.

My results..

Only 5 of 8 playlists are currently even showing up on my Spotify artist account that they said I’m on. They tell you to add them to your Spotify account as a view only team member to monitor these campaigns but they never accepted the invite. It’s already been over two weeks since my campaign ended might I add.

From those 5 playlists out of the 8…

24 Listeners and 86 streams total….. yikes.
With a total reach of over 50,000 people. They claimed they went through a big update of some kind but I’m not buying it. Don’t even get me started on the “boosters” they offer. Yea this company is a HUGE NO DON’T DO IT!

Update Aug. 30th

As you can see I’ve been replied to by the company themselves with a potential resolution which was 4 days ago now. I have sent multiple emails since their response to every email I’ve been given in order to continue on with resolving my issues. Still no response from anybody, so unfortunately my experience with this company and their services hasn’t gotten better at all.

Paid for the 1-2 playlist placement package and haven’t received placement or communication from anyone in 5 days. This site is unethical. It’s a scam. I have reported their website to the FTC and I am looking for a way to report their business to Spotify to get it taken down permanently. Don’t use them!!!

I've just recently released a song and used plvylist to get on playlists, so i paid them 79.99USD for the "[FIRE SALE] 50K TOTAL REACH" i paid for this on the 2nd it is now the 5th and the result from this was... abolutely nothing. Legitimately nothing, plvylist havent told me anything about my order havent done anything with my song. Just took my money and no one is replying to me from Plvylist. I would like my money back if nothings being done about my song.

The delivery of service was very fast, but that's it.

I just wanted to try it so I bought the lowest package (10k reach, 1-2 playlists), got placed in so-so genre related playlist with 15k likes (My metal band, in a rock-hardrock playlist) and got only 205 streams from 83 listeners... for $34 (Luckily I've found a 30% discount code, so originally it's $50 !!!!!!!!!!!!) and my "campaign" ended after one month.

So plvylists if BIG no for me, because for this money you can get into like 10 playlists if you invest two hours of your time to find curators by yourself (some of them are often willing to place you there for a shout-out).

This service should cost like 50% less even without a discount. Total rip-off.

Absolute Scam. I paid 250 dollars for a 200k reach. I got 2500 streams and now can’t get any responses from anybody on their team. Not to mention those 2500 streams all can from finland? Oh and those 2500 streams came from only 145 listeners. Like come on this is a bulls*** service and I’m done waiting around while they are probably doing this to more artists.

I applied and paid for playlist placements with this service on Thursday when my new single came out and it still has not been added any playlists and no one has gotten back to my complaints via email I just want a refund at this point but you're not replying to any of my messages do not use because they don't seem trustworthy.

They contacted me saying my campaign had begun but I have checked my song statistics after that email and there has been no addition to playlists, they refused to refund my money or fulfil the services do not use this service they are untrustworthy as it clearly shows

I write this exam because I received an email from Trustpilot telling me that Plvylists had reported my exam to have my opinion withdrawn because they say they never had any experience with me. I have proven to Trustpilot that my exam is proven. So I spent $180 on a promotion that was not made and I am not entitled to complain and give my opinion. Great Plvylists. I asked for a refund several times, they didn’t answer me, I asked for my promotion, they didn’t answer me. Unfortunately, it is pure and hard scam. Beyond losing money, I had a promotion plan that could not be done because of Plvylists. #1519

Édit: Hello, I received the few emails you sent me and I answered everyone, please look at your emails. I requested a refund of my order #1519 for all the reasons I noted in my review.

Put an order in about a week ago and tried to contact the company every way possible! No response. No communication. And haven’t been added on a single playlist.

I’m beginning to think they took my money and ran. It’s a shame .. I saw great reviews and ignored the small bad ones hoping for once there was a company that cared and was authentic.

My experience may change if they get back to me within a few days . But I highly doubt that with how it’s been so far.

Waste of money!
No reply. No results. It's like they just took my money and disappeared! They were way better a year back when they actually replied to people but now there's literally nothing no response from anyone!

They reached out to me and completely rectified the issue! They were very kind and promptly assisted me. I am now thrilled to see my song being added to multiple playlists..I would highly recommend!

No communication..felt like I paid for absolutely nothing..reached out several times on their website chat, email, and instagram dm and still no response! Order #1428

I usually don't write bad review but this is FRAUD.
Bought the 80$ promo after read a few good review.
After almost 2 months NO ONE get in touch with me.
I send a lot of emails to multiple andress just polite asking the status order, no answer.
Beware, don’t get fooled

SCAMMERS!!!!! Avoid this service. I ordered from them a few weeks ago , and nothing , paid 80US and no reply for my emails and no delivery. AVOID THEM!!! REFUND MY MONEY. Oder # 1309

This company is completely fraudulent and has been stealing money from our bank account!
They have not delivered on their product and have been taking money payments from us.

They deleted our account which has made it impossible to cancel our subscription.

DO NOT USE THEM

Literally the worst customer service and program I have ever used... spent $100 on a campaign that still hasn’t happened, it’s been over 2 weeks. I have emailed EVERY email on the website and still haven’t had any response. Complete and total scam! I understand campaigns take time but the lack of any kind of communication just shows that this company cares nothing for their clientele and preys on young artists trying to get their music heard.

Used this service twice. Both times it took almost 2 weeks to start my campaign. My fist time I spent money for 3 playlists.This most recent time was for one playlist sent out several emails just asking when the campaign might be starting and got no response. Poor customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would, this is a complete scam! I paid $99 for services a month ago and no services were rendered. I sent several emails and no one has responded yet! Beware of this company! Or whatever it is!
