Misleading comunication / refund request! !

I was heading off to Scotland to hike made an order and delivery was delayed so it arrived after i was left for the trip , once i came back the package was already returned to the p.m. outdoors . I filed the return papers few weeks passed by with out an answer . I sent an email on which i received an answer that due to an illness they have been short on staff and it takes a bit longer and they will contact me for the refund once it is processed. Few more weeks passed with out any comunication and now i cant get hold on you guys . My order number is 916794,

Banckrupt ?

Sent a jacket back, they refused to refund me because they do not have enough money : Probably banckrupt. Do not order if you do not want to loose money.... I should have kept the jacket

I was a client for years... I'm done

I was a client in this store for years. Never had a single problem... until now and it was a total disgrace. I bought several articles. One of them was wrongly sent. I returned the item to their Spanish facilities as told and I paid 5 euros (for their mistake). Then the nightmare started: after 15 days without any news I sent an email looking for answers. They told me the returns took a "bit longer" in Spain. No worries and they will offer me a discount on my next purchase. After one month I sent another email. I received an automatic reply telling me that the person in charge was sick. After 5 more days, they told me that they will contact their Spanish facilities (!!!!). Nothing. I waited 5 more days and sent another email. Same answer. Unbelievable!!!! I got tired of this an opened a case in PayPal asking for the money of the returned item and it's cost. They answer me saying that they will refund me the article cost only. It took almost two months and openning a case in PayPal.
I'm done with them. E-commerce is a matter of trust. I don't have any right now.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. They don't answer emails...
I was very satisfied with their service at first. The shipping was very fast, and the items were in perfect condition. However, now that I need to exchange a jacket for a smaller size, they won't even answer me to explain how the return service works! I have sent them two emails in a week, and no answer. I tried to call them today, but they have an automatic message in German only, which I don't understand. I'm ordering from France.
I haven't even sent back the jacket yet. I want to get information about how the process works first.

Delighted. No problems at all

No problems at all. I knew my size, unlike most reviewers it seems, ordered the jacket I wanted which was priced very competitively, and received the parcel within a week.
Honestly, I'm delighted with my jacket, and I couldn't fault the company.

Brilliant company, top prices, top service

I am in the UK. I ordered some Goretex Ecco shoes at an amazingly discounted price from Germany. They arrived very quickly but came up a little smaller than my usual model. I returned them last Saturday 2nd class Recorded to a UK address and ordered the next size up from Germany. Today, just four days later, they have already refunded me and tracking tells me the new ones will arrive tomorrow. Delighted with this company in all ways, I will buy from again!

Arrived by 25/08/18, exactly as described on website and £60 cheaper than everywhere else, delighted with the jacket and price would definetly recommend to everyone don't be put off by previous reviews.

Do not buy from this website! Refund took almost 2 months.

Do not buy from this website - the great deal you think you are getting will end up costing you more than ordering from a competitor with slightly higher prices, but a functioning company structure. I waited for my refund (of more than 250€) from Jun 27 until Aug 14. They only refunded me after I sent several email reminders, opened a case with PayPal and told the Customer Service I had contacted a lawyer. Their hotline has never connected me to a human and I do not think it is meant to do that. I just gives a recorded message that all lines are busy and then disconnects the call.
When I informed Verbraucherschutz e.V., their data protection officer Dr. Frank Heftrich himself responded with an apology, stating that I got my refund now. I cannot decide if they are simply extremely slow or a proper scam. In any case, I would not order there again, even if I were to keep my purchase. If you ever need anything from this company beyond the delivery of the goods, then you are out of luck.

4 months to be refunded : avoid this seller

4 months to be refunded, not even a single apologize.

They even dare to refuse to refund the shipping cost, despite their own condition of use which clearly state they to after using cancellation right.

Since now 1 week, and despite 3 emails from me quoting their condition of use, they don't even reply to any email.

Very bad experience, total lack of respect for the customer and lack of professionalism.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM PM OUTDOOR!!!

I ordered a pair of boots 2 months ago and it didn t fit so i send it back straigh away. After 1month waiting for my refund i send a first mail...didn t reply so i send an other one and they finally reply that they are gonna refund me 1sap... i m still waiting 2 months later.

Finger weg von diesem Laden.

I ordered two jackets on February 28th. Unfortunately, they didn't fit and I had to return them, which I did at the beginning of March. At the beginning of March, I received confirmation from PM-Outdoor that they had received the returned jackets and my credit card would be reimbursed. March 14 I received an email stating: "aktuell verzögern sich leider die Retourbearbeitungen als auch Erstattungen in unserem Hause" and on March 26th they claimed "Ihre Retoure wurde soeben noch einmal mit Nachdruck an die Buchhaltung weitergeleitet." It is now April 21st and I am still waiting for the refund.
They have now stopped replying to my emails and requests to PLEASE return the 449,73 owed me.
This is the worst online service I have ever encountered. Not a respectable company.

Their response is not credible

My order was received and money debited only to receive an email days later stating there was a query with my address. This was nonsense but after several emails from me and NO response from them, I had to ask PayPal to intervene. Very poor way to do business.

By opening a PayPal conflict the money was blocked for us and reimbursed by PayPal.
Thus, a shipment is unfortunately no longer possible.

I am very pleased with this company

I am very pleased with this company. I ordered a Fjallraven mountain jacket for an excellent price. The order was handled efficiently, with good communication, and the item arrived by post after 3 days.. I would use them again!

Excellent Service From PM-OUTDOORS

Purchased a Kjus Formula ski jacket and ski trousers online on their UK translated page. Secure payment via credit card transaction straight forward.Given updates when dispatched and a link to track parcel via GLS and then Parcel Force once it reached the UK. The parcel was with me within 2 days of purchasing online. The product was exactly what I ordered in brand new condition. One of the few places actually had the size in stock at a competitive price. Would definitely recommend PM-OUTDOORS

I purchased a fjallraven Eco shell…

I purchased a fjallraven Eco shell jacket at 1300 on a Monday the jacket was delivered by parcel force at 1630 on the following Wednesday.I was also able to track the parcel through to delivary.
The price I paid was the best I could find on google and there is a returns address in the UK (Norfolk).
I would use this company again without hesitation

Didn't have to send back the purchased item so can't comment on this. Otherwise, everything excellent. Fast, delivery, well-packed product and attractive price in the first place. So make sure you order the right size and go for it.

This company does not honour it's promise!

I am extremely cross with this company. I bought a jacket from them which did not match the picture shown on their website. They agreed for me to return it as it was their fault and said that if I sent them the receipt for the postage - they would refund it.

They refunded me for the cost of the jacket and the previous postage but did not refund me for the fact that I had to return it. They did not honour their promise despite sending them a scanned copy of the receipt at least three times with a covering email. In fact, they have not even had the decency to respond to any of my emails. They have completely ignored my request. Do not trust them!!

a great shop

I've decided to orderer a jacket because there was a good discount with a coupon. For some reason, I couldn't enter the coupon before ordering. I've sent 2 emails to cancel my order right away explaining my issue but they've been so fast at shipping it that it was too late. They did answer the day after and refund the amount of the coupon without questions.
So, a great shop, lightening fast shipping, and a very honest seller.
