Very good company to deal with just one blip but soon sorted
Very good company to deal with clear instructions on return. Only problem my refund did not happen due to a breakdown on automatic refund set up. I informed them about this and they were most apologetic and dealt with problem straight away.

I would like to commend PMC Telecom on an outstanding service, which of course is down to their choice of employee. I phoned PMC for help with choice of an item and payment. I was received by Mr. Paul Hart, whose telephone manner was exceptional; patient, helpful and good humoured. Because of him I will no doubt use PMC in the future rather than Amazon.
