Very happy with the service, advice and product offered by Paul Hart

After a very bad experience with another company, we called PMC Telecom before purchasing and were really impressed with their service and how helpful they were. Will definitely buy from them again if we need another headset.

I had no real knowledge of the headsets I was purchasing for our reception team but Paul Hart in Customer Sales was exceptionally helpful and guided me to the correct product and I have to say the reception team are delighted with their headsets. The delivery was very prompt.I would without any doubt recommend this company.

Placed order, no estimated delivery date. When asking for an update a week later they referred me to their website. Poor.

Fast shipping and delivery after order. Only negative is the expensive shipping to NI. Need to do something about that as it puts me off placing further orders

Great service, product took a bit longer to arrive due to low stock, but whenever I asked for an update I got a reply within the hour. When the phone arrived I was very happy with it.
