They provide a good range of tech

They provide a good range of tech, clearly defined and easy to review. People follow up your order; and, in the last instance, suggested and discuss a newer product which may be relevant. I'd also point out their customer support is excellent. I've had one issue with a product (an excellent rate for the tech market) and they handled it very well.

One handset only worked for 48 hours

One handset only worked for 48 hours. And yes I did charge it 24 hours and set up as instructed. Seller was supportive and offered to take back the faulty handset immediately so here’s hoping this was an unusual occurrence. Update now 6 weeks later:communication and instructions could have been more efficient but I now have 2 working handsets!

Erroneous Advertising

After having difficulty finding a supplier to replace my worn-out ear pads, I found PMC had them in stock. Having paid £7.14 for a DHL delivery charge on top of their inflated price of £18 for the item, I expected delivery in a few days. After chasing them up, I received an email saying that the item was being sent directly from EPOS (so they didn't have them in stock) and they would ask EPOS for an update. Shortly after, I received a phone call from PMC to say that the ear pads will not be available until the beginning of February. Though the caller was apologetic, I find their business practices dishonest and misleading. Their website still shows these items as being in stock. I will not be using them again but will give them the chance to complete the order by the beginning of February 2025 (which may persuade me to up my rating to two stars) before requesting a refund!

An update!

My anger appears to have got the better of me having used PMC only once and taken it out on them after their supplier let them down. Well, I've updated 'Dishonest Advertising' to 'Erroneous Advertising' following their apology and explanation that it was a genuine mistake that the item was described as being in stock. I have since been in touch with EPOS who are providing a replacement under warranty which will be shipped from China.

As for PMC, they have kept me updated, changed the stock item on their website from ‘In Stock’ to ‘Pre order…’ and reimbursed me for the online purchase. My assertion that they were dishonest was knee-jerk which I retract and I have no reason not to recommend them as a reputable company so have changed my review to 4 star.

We’ve investigated internally and it looks like this item was listed on our system as a stock item, it was registered as being on the shelf at the time of the order, when unfortunately, there wasn’t anything in the stock location.

We apologise for this error.

To resolve this, and get your goods to you, we contacted our partners at EPOS as soon as we noticed and were given the back-order date of February for the replacement parts.

We’ll keep you updated and of course we can refund you if we cannot get the ear cushions for you by the promised date.

Great headphones great customer service

The Jabra head phones themselves were fantastic. PMC despatched the item very quickly for next day delivery. The DHL delivery was late and the tracking was not available when the parcel was misdelivered to a house over half a mile away from me with no location to help us find it. Paul at PMC went above and beyond to help find the parcel which I eventually tracked down using FB. Cannot fault this company. I will use them again.
