The contents of the course were relevant and interesting, although the course was too dense, a lot of information to be reviewed in a very short time, which makes it more difficult when it is run online.

Attended a 2 days training on Construction planning and project controls. The course content was was really good and the delivery of the training was spot on.
The trainer used lots of examples and illustrations which made it easier to understand. The quiz at the end of every module was a good idea too.
All in all, it was a good experience and highly recommended.

This was a two day training course on Project Controls and Planning. The course was well structured and informative. Patrick backed up each of the main tutorials with real project and worked examples which made the course much more interesting. The training was wide ranging and covered project controls processes and procedures, project planning with scheduling and resourcing techniques, risk and change management, delay and disruption analysis, testing and commissioning, completion and handover, all under the NEC4 Contract. The course was wide ranging and provided an excellent base from which to explore each of the topics in more depth should anyone wish to study each of the topics in more depth.

The course is structured in a way that it covers all the aspects of Construction Planning and Project controls relevant to the built environment. The trainer's experience in the complex programmes reflects very well throughout the course. The wide range of knowledge in the construction and project management of Mr Patrick helps the students to clearly understand. The material provided is of high quality, covers in-depth knowledge of Construction Planning and Project Controls. Overall, it is an excellent course.

Comprehensive, structured and detailed course. Lot of areas were covered and its well worth it for anyone looking to gain knowledge in construction planning.

I was pleased to join the training were we have discussed in deep different construction planning and project control tools and technique.
Among others we have deeply discussed Earned Value Management, Time Risk allowance, NEC contract structure, quantitative and qualitative Risk Analysis, type of delays and also Schedule narrative.
The training was implemented with clear example and specific discussion related to our organization also were treated to transfer the concept in practical applied example. The training were very good and all in all I have enjoined it.

Patrick is a great teacher, he keeps the course interesting and is very knowledgable. I enjoyed the primavera p6 with one excellence.

The course was intense, well structured, in-depth and above all the instructor serenely drove it with patience and he explained things well. I enjoyed it and benefited some valuable knowledge.

I would highly recommend PM Excellence. The training course was both informative and practical.

Course was on construction planning and project controls. The presenter gave a run down of the responsibilities of a planner. After each modules there was a revision which helped fill up the gaps. Participants were given opportunities to give their experiences concerning issues which allowed discussion of different views. Where necessary, tips are given on possible interview questions in each section. Whilst tailor made for planners, other drscipline on construction projects will befit from the course. Participants also learnt of the obligations of the parties concerning submission of programs.

I believe the course content is well designed and appropriate for all students ranging from Graduate level to experienced professionals of any industry that deals with Project Planning and Project Management.

Furthermore, the course was well delivered, with apt duration of the modules and breaks.

Lastly the course galvanizes the technical knowledge with the Contractual awareness which in experience is the hallmark of a successful delivery of Projects.

I would strongly recommend it to any profession involved in delivering projects
