Price increase after price increase, the e-sign is ridiculous as well. Garbage e-sign system that peppers you!

All I have to say I’ve looked at other policies every year but always come back to these and have another year with them. When I get into customer services, they’re always very polite and nine times at 10 they solve the problem even though the last thing I want to do is to claim. But the policy cover that they give a 2nd to them.

Created a Home Insurance Policy for a family member who is not computer literate using the Blue Light and Money Supermarket systems. When it came to the renewal price for the policy - over £169.00 was saved using the systems as stated above. No issues came to light during the whole online process.

Good value, and lovely staff. I would have given five stars, as I like to discuss my policy with an agent over the phone, but was not prepared to pay £12 for the privilege, of which I think Is a bit of a cheek! As other companies that I’ve dealt with in the past, do not charge.
