I am a first time buyer and a contractor. Darcy provided excellent advised and got me a competitive rate mortgage without any problems. Not only that, Darcy provided valuable guidance on negotiating the price, long term considerations and how to deal with rogue solicitors! (Which as a first time buyer was extremely valuable and helpful!)
Both Darcy and Heather have been extremely kind and good natured while dealing with the stresses of getting mortgage approved and conveyancing done during the stamp duty holiday. I have made many a panicky calls to them and both of them have provided information and previous experiences to help in the situation.

The PS contacted part way through a life policy term and discussed if the policy was still adequate. Also proactively made suggestions about extending or changing policy, at no extra costs, and potential for changing from personal to business with tax advantages. All decisions were left to policy holder. Made some changes that were dealt with efficiently and all put in place smoothly.
