I went to the showroom by chance. Maurizio approached to help me. Told him what I was looking for and he showed me round sofas that met my request. I ended up buying two instead of one. Maurizio was very helpful and professional. Am very pleased with my purchase.

This is not our first purchase from Poltrone Sofa. The rep was very helpful and professional in meeting our needs. We are fully aware that we have ordered our sofa in mid February, but very hopeful that it will arrive for our daughter's wedding day being the 1st of May.

It was my first visit to the Poltronesofà Malta showroom, and I had a very positive impression from the moment I entered. The staff promptly approached me to offer assistance, although I initially preferred to browse on my own.

When I was ready for support, Maurizio assisted us and provided excellent guidance throughout the process. As we had specific maximum size requirements to adhere to, he carefully explored all available options to ensure they met both our measurements and personal preferences. His professionalism and attention to detail made the experience both smooth and enjoyable.

Had a great shopping experience and Thelma was very helpful in helping us select our sofa. There was no pressure and Thelma was happy to help with any questions that we had.

Amazing experience from start to finish! The quality of the sofas is excellent, and the variety available made it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. Mr. Akis was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions and made sure I felt confident with my choice.

Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I’m now waiting patiently for my sofa to arrive, and I’m already excited! Highly recommended to anyone looking for quality furniture and outstanding service.

I bought a sofa from Poltronesofà in Brussels, and from the very beginning it had a very loud and abnormal noise. We contacted customer service immediately.

After around five months, a technician finally came to inspect the sofa and confirmed that it needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, another month has now passed, and the sofa has still not been replaced. We have not been contacted, nor given any clear timeline or update.

This experience has been extremely frustrating. A sofa is a major purchase, and waiting over six months with no proper follow-up or communication is unacceptable. The product quality and, especially, the after-sales service do not meet the expectations set by the brand although we have purchased additional warranty.

I would not recommend Poltronesofà Brussels based on this experience, unless significant improvements are made in customer service and responsiveness.

The parking was good and the personnel helpful. The young salesman Andreas was very efficient and walked me through showing me various models. I was lucky to find a suitable model and colour. the final process of ordering was explained and expedited by Andreas quickly and effectively. The only downside is the long delivery time which could take as much as 12 weeks. I hope it won’t take so long because my weary bones need a good armchair to sink into !

Well what can I say wouldn’t even give your company a 1 star terrible customer service.
Bought a sofa delivered on 4.9.25 within weeks the seats sank leaving leather saggy and indent on seats feels like sitting on old worn out sofa.
Lumber heat button don’t work.
It does not line up properly.
Back cushions don’t keep shape.
One end is like a rocking chair instead of recliner.
Complained to customer service a technician came out said there was a fault was offered seats to be refilled I refused as would be in same situation in a few weeks.Had a phone call and was told I can not refuse a repair. Have to wait 12 weeks for this repair.
I have sent them a letter asking for refund if no action is taken will take it to small claims court.
This sofa is definitely not as described in store or on your website.

Trading standards need to be checking this company as product are of very poor quality don’t be told they are made in Italy as they state as believe they are made in china how they pass quality control is beyond us.

Maurizio was very friendly and professional and help us in our choice giving us really important and professional suggestions.
