We were sent the wrong bags and a week…
We were sent the wrong bags and a week later we are still waiting to receive the correct bags. We use Polybags on a regular basis and this is the first time this has happened but we need a quicker resolution.
The origianl order seems to have been lost - replacement bags were arranged and dispatched quickly so all good now.

Great Company with a personal service
Really helpful friendly customer service. I was not sure what I needed at first and they were very kind and sent me various samples so I was able to figure out what was best for us. When it came to ordering it was super easy and the products arrived in super quick time. would highly recommend.

The opportunity to receive samples to test was all the reason we needed to order - subject to testing.
