After having a terrible experience with another company, I contacted pond keeper to see if they were able to help. They responded straight away and sent me links of their products which would work with the net heads I had bought elsewhere. I ordered them quickly and easily, they were posted to me super fast without me having to pay for additional postage. And I want to share my experience and thank Pond Keeper for your amazing service. I will for sure buy from you in the future.

My pump went wrong and was replaced without question by Pond keeper. I had a further issue with an impeller so spoke to them at 4.45pm and by 3pm the next day a replacement impeller was delivered to my home. All under the guarantee. I cannot praise these people highly enough. Excellent company

Ordered an outside cable, I expected it to be new and clean, what i got looked like it was cut from someone's garden n thrown in a box, the cable was filthy every bit of it, would put up a pic...but won't let me

The mark of a great company is that when things go wrong (🤷‍♀️ shit happens; pond hoovers short your entire house out!), they’re dealt with swiftly, helpfully and successfully. That was Pondkeeper for me. Speedy service and great customer care. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Thank you :)

Sadly purchased a pump down to Ponkdeepers reputation. That was my mistake. Pump , same price on on-line store I am reminded by senior sales at Pondkeeper is virtually 100 x better. REMEMBER ONCE PURCHASES NO RETURN. In my advice, dont buy from this company.

I ordered a pond liner from this company and have been so impressed with them. Their prices are exceptional and excellent customer care. Needed advice at what pump to buy and they sorted it. Wonderful!

Had a problem with a solar panelled pond pump kit from this company, when i got the delivery there was no instructions for how to put together the filtration tank??
I suppose what you expect from a cheap chinese product any way tried calling this company many times and always told were busy by the automated service so i have emailed them and nothing??
In my opinion this company is POOR….BUY ELSEWHERE…

Absolutely superb customer service and products.

Pondkeeper accidentally sent me the wrong product I contacted them they checked, and not a moment’s hesitation they sent the correct product with a larger size as way of an apology.
Pondkeeper have restored my faith in English companies.

I have purchased a few time from this company and have never been disapointed either with the product, the service or the courier they use DPD. I was given a promotional code but I wanted the item that was free with a £30 spend not the Item for a £60 spen as it was more use to me. I sent a quick Email and they instantly said no problem and sorted it for me. Would I reccomed this company 100%. Will I be ordering again 100%.

A big thank you to the Pondkeeper team. Their advice on the phone was superb, the placement of my order was effortless and the delivery prompt. My water feature now works well under solar power!

Last year I got back into pond keeping .
After a quick search came across Pondkeeper and have been using them ever since .
I can’t recommend this company enough.
Great products and even better customer service.
They know their products and know what they do , and can recommend what is best for you , giving you options.

I was using the online service (which is excellent!) but since discovered that there was a shop only half an hour away , which I’m over the moon about .
I use the one near Middlesbrough (Billingham) and it’s run by Liam . Who I have to say is a breath of fresh air , he’s knowledgeable and very friendly.
Exactly what you want from great customer service.

Excellent all around .

The initial order was dealt with extremely efficiently but what was outstanding was their response to the report of a faulty item after 4 months - minimum fuss a replacement on its way!
Wish more companies were like this.

Purchased a sludge muncher with filter caddy, well the first time of using the caddy fell apart, the sewing was terrible and it came away from the frame have had to spend ages re sewing the bag, not a very good item not recommended. The company gave me a very unexpected partial refund so thank you

Jake from Pondkeeper recommended the Blanketweed treatment for my natural swimming pond, and it worked brilliantly. Great product and excellent support throughout. Highly recommended!

Ordered some pond plants and lights to go in the fountain. Everything arrived on time and packaged very well. The plants were in good health and went into the pond straight away. The lighting was delayed and added later however one of the LED spotlights burnt out (not pondkeepers fault) I emailed them with a picture and said that while the return period was over a few months ago, if there is any way they could still help. Jai replied to my email straight away and promptly sent out a free replacement product. Wonderful service all round and would definitely recommend.

Very quick and prompt service for the products ordered and also the addition of a raised pond 12,10976l octagon which was delivered within a couple of days. Totally spot on.

I have bought a number of products from Pondkeeper. They have always been at a keen price and dispatched quickly. I recently had a problem with one item and I must say that the customer service was exemplary in all respects. I cannot recommend them too highly.

⁸⁹So very delighted, I purchased 2 pumps, the Expert 9000 set which works well, the water is crysal clear and the Expert 4500 set , unfortunately the cable was far too short to reach from the pond to the electric supply.
I spoke to customer services, who without hesitation suggested returning the pump. They recommended the pond Expert Solar and filter system with 1600 shower combo deal. Its arriving today, the fish will be delightful
Highly recommend to any person with fish or ornamental ponds. You won't be disappointed with the results.
