Excellent
Customer service Experience was excellent, Richard was able to book us in for a test drive within 3 hours of calling on a Saturday. He’s been nothing but polite and accommodating, made us a coffee and made sure we understood how ponko works.
Stan, the salesman that Sold us the car, has been excellent with all negotiations and was very helpful with first time buying of a car.
Hopefully the car is as good as the experience, and will recommend and use again.

Absolutely fantastic buying my first car
Was a long day for me and my wife to get down there for the car, got the best meet and greet I've ever had, was early for my pick-up got the car it was immaculate, fully clean looked like the pictures, drives like a dream, had to take it back after half an hour because the car said there was a fault took it back was sorted out quickly and explained too what to do best experience I've had.
Thank you Haydn and the team will definitely be using Ponko again.

Good, friendly sales team. Weren’t pushy at trying to get the sale. Gave you time to look around/inspect car on own leisure before taking for test drive and reading through logbook history. Would look at buying again from here in future if they have car I’m looking for.

First car purchased
We purchased a car for my 17 year old daughter and after collecting the car we had to return it due to it cutting out randomly. The team were amazing, great communication and managed to fix it so it is safe and reliable. Would highly recommend.
