Asa is very knowledgeable and understood exactly what we needed to heat our particular pool. He was so helpful and understanding when we had to put our order on hold and his pump was substantially less expensive than what our local pool supply store could get! Great experience and we highly recommend!

Our pool heater was delivered when promised. They delivered it to the lower edge of the driveway as requested to get it as close to it's final location as possible. There was slight damage on the unit in shipping but not enough to be an issue. The installation was relatively easy using the install videos for reference. We did have an issue getting the unit to start due to the fan blade hitting a coil. Once we pushed the coil back out of the way everything worked fine. The heater has been working as advertised with no issues once we worked out the fan blade issue.

Heater arrived in time. Once professionally installed the heater quickly heated my 16x32 pool to my requested 85 degrees!
The heater was significantly bigger than I pictured. Looks like a large A/C

This was a great purchase! Arrived in a timely fashion. Shipping and product condition upon arrival was awesome. Plumbing connection was easy. Professional electrician had no issues making electrical connections. Heat pump has worked flawlessly! Actually, raised the pool temperature faster that we thought. Keeping temperature between 86-88 degrees with great success.

Ordered it and the next day it was delivered. All very nice people..

Asa Strong. I appreciated your help. Only problem was an instruction manual for the heat pump I bought. Couldn't find it on the internet so downloaded the one for 110,000BTUS. I assumed the operation would be the same.

Very helpful and available for any questions had. The heater was simple to install. I live in north east Iowa and the previous homeowner didn't use the pool until late June. It's been 84 degrees for almost 2 wks. now, Memorial day, and we are loving it.
